The Iraq war is a scam and its time that the American people come to terms with it. Do you want proof? I'll give it to you. The Saddam trials going on claim that he used biological weapons on Iran along its borders during the 80s and the 90s. This was well within America's line of sight, then why didnt they act? When Bush first came to term, in early 2001,Colin Powell during a press conference was asked if he considered Saddam as a threat to US security. Inspite of having knowledge of Iraq's use of bio weapons, he said "We do not think that Saddam Hussein is a threat to the US and will not be able to get or produce nuclear weapons for at least 10-15 years." Why did this suddenly change to "He's got 'Em" in 2004???I'll tell you why, its because Bush wanted oil to fund his many private estates. For god's sake he took a month long holiday after 2 months in office, u call him dedicated?
Bush was failing on the economic front, political front and would have lost the elections. That's why he decided........"I need to show the American people that Im the only man who can keep them safe from Islamic terror in their backyard". He launched the war and watched as US intelligence repeatedly reported housing colonies as terrorist havens and hundreds of inncocent civilians were killed. Raids at each of the so called "WMD manufacturing sites" turned out nothing. Today too The Iraqi people are suffering. But worse than them, it is our American soldiers who are suffering, dodging bullets and grenades in a extremely hostile land, waiting for their President to give the first sign of consideration so they may leave and return to their families healthy instead of in a body bag. Iraq is ow in civil war and nothing America can do will stop it.
By attacking Iraq, Bush has put Americans at risk by fuelling terrorist minds and giving them even greater motivation to fight for their land, their people and their religion. They now have an even more narrow monded conception of America...and if you go to other parts of Asia, Africa,South America and even non-Arabic European countries will have a similar view regarding America. BUSH has painted America as a bloodthirsty conqueror in the eyes of all but a few.
So how does this protect our freedom?

You have to understand, we're supposed to have been brainwashed into thinking that "fighting the terrorists abroad will keep them away from home". Mindless sheep will believe a crooked shepherd no matter how ridiculous his motives are.
As for myself, I'm not entirely convinced. If we are truly fighting terrorism abroad, then basically every country with a large Anti-American following (read: the rest of the world) will have to be invaded. That will be quite a military campaign, indeed.
If we stay in the confines of Muslim nations in the Middle East, then where do we stop? After Iraq, do we invade Iran? And then Saudi Arabia? And then Kwait? And then Qatar?
Thinking about it, the fight in Iraq is actually hampering our freedom. Shouldn't the troops be focusing on catching Bin Laden? Was he not the mastermind behind the 9/11 attacks? Hussein is by no means a nice guy, but there's no connection between him and the planning of the attacks or the funding of Al Qaeda.

Well if it was up to me i would make the call to pack up and head for home! We took the tirants from the land to free you from the opression, now we are helping you and your country men to establish a democracy. So that your voice and opinion may count. So that your children may live happy and free and never see the horrors that you have. If this isn't for you then i would advise you sit on your *** and do nothing at all. Just don't go bragging that you helped later on when it's all done and our country men and women die for that shithole 3rd world country of yours.
If your an american then why dont you just let those who have the guts and balls to do the job, do the job they want to! It's called freedom and we have it in America! Love it or leave it JERK OFF!

It isnt affecting anyones freedome including the muslims. They still like by their religion. SO unless all of the fanatical christians decide to go convert everyone of them to what they think is the only true religion NOTHING is being done except the killing of thousands of innocents. They should arrest and put Bush on trial right after Saddam

Before the March for Baghdad began I watched a news clip of Saddam saying " Americans can't take casualties, we will kill the infidel."
So if you think Saddam never intended to kill U.S. Troops, THINK AGAIN!!
Why don't you head over there and ask them yourself? Let's see what answer they give you.
I am online with an American soldier home on R&R for a few days from Iraq. He says to ask you if you want to go over there and fight instead of them?

How is it not??
I'm sure people are familiar with the following question:
"How many freedoms are we prepared to give up for the sake of national security?"
Well, the elimination of terrorist organizations and hostile governments (such as the Husein regime) would definitely reduce the freedoms we are going to have to give up. There by, protection your freedom(s). Follow me??
Just because people don't see the flags of enemy nations charging into our nation with guns blazing doesn't mean that our freedom isn't at risk.

Sadam and several of the other leaders over there were harboring these terrorist bastards and our troops are over there killing them so they don't come back over here again, as far as we're still over there, yes we can't leave because there are still terrorists to be killed! You people criticize George W.Bush but what would you have done in his situation, Sadam wouldn't allow the U.N. to inspect his Nuclear Arms places and then the terrorists attack the U.S. for God sake the give the man an F-ing break!!!!!
