Well, to answer your first question contrary to popular opinion Bush isn't an idiot. He may sound that way but intelligence and public speaking skills are two entirely different things. You sir or ma'am are having your opinion controlled by the media.
To answer your second question I think it would be harder to name the famous people with brains. I mean lets see first of all you include all models, some musicians, some actors, and most athletes as having no brain. The trend starts to dwindle around political figures and popular scientists.
Of course I bet you didn't want to hear an answer. I bet you listened to some liberal talk show and then decided to start a hate discussion on Bush. If so, I feel sorry for you as your will is not your own.

Well Jessica went along with the war too so they both are equally politically inept. I would say that Bush is smarter in this case because he chose a mate he could stick with but Jessica got dumped by hers because it was a baseless attraction from the start. Other people in their league of know are Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Dick Cheney, Donald Trump, and the list of ignorance goes on.

Jessica Simpson is hotter than President Bush----speaks better English than President Bush-----and probably knows a few better catchphrases than "He's Got 'Em" or "We Got 'Im!!!So Jessica Simpson wins that bout for sure.
People who would be brought in this category.......say...Paris Hilton...Lindsay Lohan....Courtney Love and a few others but they'd probably trump Bush too.

Im sure Jessica simpson would know not to invade a soveriegn nation without listening to top Military general Shinseki who suggested that an invasion with any less than 100,000 troops would fail.
