The terror alert has gone up my fellow Americans. Because of it, and to protect you I have re written the US Patriot Act and to protect you, from now on camaras will be put at every street corner, microphones too, bussinesses will turn in their security tapes in daily. We will monitor what Americans do on the internets, listen to every conversation anyone ever has over the phone, monitor what tv shows people watch, and anyone that says something bad about America, the government or the current administration will be jailed for terrorism, along with their families. Don't worry, this is all to protect you from terrorists.

We are getting ready to have a wedding where the booze that we buy is not going to be free to our guest. We are charging everyone a dollar per drink. But in the same instance we do not have a liquer liscense. Is it illigal or can we get away with it. Then place that we are having the reception is a public wharehouse that has approved us to have booze on the property but we did not mention that we were sellling it on there property.

A Quote from Dr. Earl Tilford, "The consequences of losing a global war to Islamic Jihadists, Iran and Syria, will be far worse than the defeat suffered in Vietnam. Iran has the stated intention of destroying Israel and SUBDUING the Judeo-Christian West. Al Qaeda and other Salafist Islamic Jihadists are intent on establishing a WORLD-WIDE Islamic caliphate. Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists and atheists have will have no place in a world where the victors want everyone converted to their form of Islam or dead. This is a war the West must win. Victory demands strong and decisive leadership which only the United States can provide. History’s verdict will be written by the victors."

Since 9/11 the buzz word for the current US administration is "Terrorism".

Yes, the US was attacked on our own soil. Yes the US united and agreed that action must be taken. We stood behind the government as we unleashed our troops to where we were told the ones responsible were hiding, Afghanistan.

Fast forward to today: We are in Iraq and siding with Israel to remove Hezbollah from any position of power. The reason according to our leaders is again "Terrorism".

But is that why we went to Iraq in the first place?

After we ATTACKED Iraq, we created instability in that country, because we had NO PLAN on how to police the region in the aftermath. Then we wonder why after the "mission was accomplished" we were suddenly under seige by 'insurgents' or 'terrorists'?

We contributed to the terror and instability in that region, yet we want to claim everyone else is a terrorist for not wanting us there.

Imagine if that happened to us on OUR soil?
Who are the terrorists?

Why do you hate President Bush so much?
Your fellow Dem's are using all their energy on hate instead of coming up with real solutions.

Please tell me someone with a plan on terror.

Would she be perceived as potentially weak like Kennedy was before the Cuban missile crisis happened?

I am sorry but after hearing they want to sing the National Anthem in Spanish - enough is enough. No where did they sing it in Italian, Polish, Irish (Celtic), German or any other language because of immigration. It was written by Francis Scott Key and should be sung word for word the way it was written. The news broadcasts even gave the translation -- not even close. Sorry if this offends anyone but this is MY COUNTRY - IF IT IS YOUR COUNTRY SPEAK UP ---- please pass this along~

I am not against immigration -- just come through like everyone else. Get a sponsor; have a place to lay your head; have a job; pay your taxes, live by the rules AND LEARN THE LANGUAGE as all other immigrants have in the past -- and GOD BLESS AMERICA!

PART OF THE PROBLEM

Think about this: If you don't want to forward this for fear of offending someone-----YOU'RE PART OF THE PROBLEM !!!!

Will we still be the Country of choice and still be America if we continue to make the changes forced on us by the people from other countries that came to live in America because it is the Country of Choice??????

Think about it!

All we have to say is, when will they do something about MY RIGHTS? We've gone so far the other way, bent over backwards to not offend anyone, that I am now being offended. But it seems that no one has a pro blem with

that. This says it all! This is an editorial written by an American citizen, published in a Tampa newspaper. He

did quite a job; didn't he? Read on, please!

IMMIGRANTS, NOT AMERICANS, MUST ADAPT.

I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Americans. However...... the dust from the attacks had barely settled when the "politically correct! " crowd began complaining about the possibility that our patriotism was offending others.

I am not against immigration, nor do I hold a grudge against anyone who is seeking a better life by coming

to America. Our population is almost entirely made up

of descendants of immigrants. However, there are a

few things that those who have recently come to our country, and apparently some born here, need to understand. This idea of America being a multi cultural community has served only to dilute our sovereignty

and our national identity.

As Americans.....we have our own culture, our own

society, our own language and our own lifestyle. This culture has been developed over centuries of struggles, trials, and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom.

We speak ENGLISH, not Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society,

learn the language!

"In God We Trust" is our national motto. This is not

some Christian, right wing, political slogan. We adopted this motto because Christian men and women.......on Christian principles............. founded this nation..... and

this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home.........because God is part of our culture.

If Stars and Stripes offend you, or you don't like Uncle

Sam, then you should seriously consider a move to

another part of this planet We are happy with our culture and have no desire to change, and we really don't care

how you did things where you came from. This is OUR COUNTRY, our land, and our lifestyle. Our First

Amendment gives every citizen the right to express his opinion and we will allow you every opportunity to do so! But once you are done complaining....... whining...... and griping.......about our flag......our pledge......our national motto.......or our way of life...I highly encourage you to take advantage of one other Great American Freedom....

THE RIGHT TO LEAVE.

It is Time for America to Speak up If you agree -- pass

this along; if you don't agree -- delete it!

Why is this concept still so far out of reach for american's. Is it just the lack of females aspiring to the highest office? Or is it sexist motivations keeping them from ascending in american government? Hillary Clinton is our first true option...by why arent there more? Why is the majority of the house of representatives and the senate still male? Can we see a future where we are run equally by both men and women?

Two residents one lives directly above the other in a block of flats. The person on the lower floor is a leaseholder, the one above is a tenant with the council. Due to a fault in the piping under the kitchen sink, water intermittently leaks down onto the leaseholder below causing some water damage. Each time the tenant is made aware of the leak she calls her landlord, the council, to come and repair the leak, but after a while the leak starts again, unknown to the tenant. This happens regularly.

As a result of the water damage to her property, the leaseholder below decides to sue the tenant above.

Who is liable for the water damage? And why? Where possible please give sources for your answer.
