n New York state how do you relinquish guardianship of a 9 year old niece who is behaviorly deranged. She is beyond our help. She has been in our home for 3 years.

I know many of you reading this will have forgotten that the US Constitution is the contract between the people and the government. Constitutional rights trump any codified law as any law that doesn't agree with the constitution is null and void.

So whats going on, why are we the people allowing our government to voilate its contract with us in the false claim of war on terror, really a war on our rights.

Honestly...What weapons are you permitted by law to carry?

One could argue a baseball bat is an arm.
Would you get stopped for a sword?...People carry them for 'Medievil Fair' so can I walk my dog with one?

This question isn't ment to be a joke. I have not recieved a clear answer on the abilty to bear melee weapons.

Example...I'm sure many can relate too.
I work construction - sometimes in Detroit. Just this week a company truck was broken into. Some jobs we pay people just to stand guard.
Long story short: When I have to walk around site, I clench a hammer, pipebender or what ever just incase.

Where does the law draw then line - because though I use a pipebender for work - it is also my defence. Therefore is it illegal for me to wield a pipebender? Or, is it legal for me to wield a mace?

They suffered thru ''our'' tsunami (Katrina), which was not handled correctly by MANY factors, and yet they RE-ELECT the imcompetent mayor????

He dropped the ball in many instances, and yet the only people
that get the blame are BUSH and FEMA


Why don't people blame the mayor and governor for mishandling Hurricane Katrina???

Who put the people in the Superdome with no food or water???

Who closed the city and did not allow the residents to leave, after the hurricane??

Who took her time, before asking for aid from the government??

Who has dragged his feet cleaning and fixing New Orleans???

Now they have to suffer the added indignities and injuries by having not only French troops "protect" them, but Kofi Cup Annan wants to send the blue helmets there too. Would this be the same "protection" units that he sent to the Sudan and Rawanda where they protected the refugees by raping, killing, stealing, or just standing by as the muslim militias came in and murdered them?
