There is the real likely hood that it will begin to fall and this is not good for our economy .WE need to control Iraq and the oil prices .
IF we pull out in 6 months Iraq could be up to speed and selling oil aound the world .The United States had limits on how much they could sell and this was the problem saddam had with america .HE would no longer fight with Iran to make oil prices unstable .
SAD to think this hole war is about nothing but money and oil .OH yeah and that failing and usless organization the cia now has an enemy worthy of billions in funding and trips around the world for its investigators ..HEll they can set up arms dealerships that make a profit and fund operations for years while they gather intelligence on the key players in the terror game .THE cold war had all but put the C.I.A. out of business .
SO now they have plenty of work to do .BULLY for them .

Nothing The Oil companies set the prices When crude oil is selling cheaply The oil companies find some excuse to jack up the prices such as Lack of available refineries. The Alaska pipeline has a problem and part of it was shut down. this should have drove oil price up instead they went down What does this tell you?

Without a stable government in Iraq it goes through the roof. If a civil war officially breaks out it'll top at around $120.

it depends...

if you believe Rummy... then the Iraqi army is heavily trained and very strong and should be more than capable of taking care of any minor terrorist threats to oil fields or the country...

of course... who really believes Rummy, if Republicans did we would pull out, since they can take care of themselves, and if the Democrats believed him H*ll would sure be frozen over...

so, who knows... perhaps a civil war would break out, which is bad for prices, perhaps it wouldn't (maybe Rummy is telling the truth?... I don't think I've actually ever said that... hahaha)

It depends on what the Oil Companies decide.

Higher. If you think that tyrannical regimes and their control of oil would help the oil price, you're sadly delusional.
