but why do not call people of america a terrorist while who fought gainst the british occupation. yasir araft ,saddam etc called terrorist but why not the leader of america george washington as first terrorist of the world who sought and encouraged the way to poor nation to fight against foreign power?

The terrorist are fighting to oppress people (i.e., beheadings, converting three journalists to Islam at gunpoint (Carroll, Centanni, Wiig). The terrorists aren't fighting for freedom. Do you think the people under the Islamic regime of Iran can speak out against the government?

If you're an Afghan fighting against occupation of Afghanistan, you're a freedom fighter. But if you are of another nationality who's blowing up places & people in another country, you're a terrorist

The terrorists are not "fighting against the occupation". They are fighting to kill all the women, children and men on the land called Israel. And when they have finished that, and traashed all the property and made toilets of all the buildings, they will start on each other, Sunni against Shia against Druze against Christian.
