I think Mike McConnell, a libertarian radio talk-show host in Cincinnati, who I'm pretty sure has never been wrong in his life. Plus he actually thinks things through to the end, uses logic, and man can he make fun of some people. I say McConnell for Earth Czar!

Someone's who's unbasis twoard any political party, works for the greater good of the common man, is strong and enduring, and someone who's good with people. Bono, perhaps? I know a rock star isn't exactly your ideal world leader, but he fits those catagories. I'm sure we could find someone witha similar philosphy twoards life as well if that's not who most people wanted.

Outright lying (a la the current administration of the US), courtesy of Barbara Walters....and well, I don't watch it to give any more reasons and that would fit well with the American public who do not have the self-confidence to think that they should challenge their government.

Well... if it HAS to be a man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am going to say Jesus Christ... because he would be honest and fair. He wouldnt lie or be open to corruption.
He would cure all the world of disease and famine and share all the worlds wealth equally.
