No its not true. There was that whole rumor about the administration trashing the white house, ripping cords out of the walls and stealing silverware but it was all just malicious lies. I remember reading alot about it but most of those news websites probably have archived that information. See what google turns up

I don't know if it is true or not, but a www.whitehouse.org there was this little tidbit.
The morning after Jenna Bush spent her first night in Chelsea Clinton's old White House bedroom, a maid discovered that Chelsea had left behind a concealed mattress stash consisting of a Playgirl magazine, a half-used tube of KY personal water-based lubricant, and a pint of Everclear. Mrs. George W. Bush was forced to comfort a traumatized Jenna.

I'm not sure about the silverware, but I do remember that Clinton staffers took all of the "W"s off of the computer keyboards! I rather enjoyed that!

It was a lie. Later admitted to be such. Karl Rove and Bush's other friends thought it would funny to lie about Clinton and make him out to be a sneak thief in the night.

Very funny. And these are the guys who brought you two wars, raided the Treasury, mortgaged the future of your grandchildren to China . . . and so on.

LOL. I don't remember hearing anything about the Clintons themselves doing anything but I do remember hearing about the staff doing some things that were less than honorable.

You can take the boy/girl out of Arkansas but you can't take the Arkansas out of the boy/girl.
