I think you're talking about some of the European laws against denying the Holocaust.

For two reasons. First, because few if any of those countries have the same broad protections for freedom of speech as the US. So, the right to expression is not as broadly guaranteed.

Second, because they want to ensure that it doesn't happen again. In the US, according to many polls and studies I've seen, over half of all US high school graduates do not know what the Holocaust is. And over 85% don't know about the US Japanese Internment camps or the Trail of Tears.

Unless we learn from history, we are doomed to repeat it. But each time the price keeps going up.

I don't understand your question. In the US, you are free to write whatever you want about the Holocaust. People may not be eager to read it, but you can write it and will not face prison time.

Please understand that Web sites are not necessarily havens of free expression. A Web site is owned by someone and that person makes the rules. If you have a Web site for which you pay for bandwidth and server space, you get to make the rules. If you are on someone else's Web site, you have to abide by that person's rules.

If you buy the newspaper and ink, you can write anything you want to in the US.

So, whose "right to expression ends with beiginning of the story of holocaust?"

It doesn't! There's only a bit of confusion about it, since it really wasn't a high profile thing when it happened, not here anyway (Finland), so some people want to ignore the Holocaust all together!
Not that we have that many Jews... but in a gesture of goodwill we did send off 7 volunteer Jews to Nazi Germany... This is when we still thought they were going to HappyCamp.
(Then the nazis lost the war, and Russia invaded and occupied 25% of our country while the fleeing Nazi germans burnt down another 50 percent.)
It did happen! If you are referring to the right of saying "they deserved it too!", well, that's slightly a different thing.

Propaganda feeds insufficient minds. Pakistan states Halocaust never happens but of course if you speak your mind it will begin again. Gossiping woman is what these arabs remind me of. I will have a big bomb and take all the oil. You will do nothing Ha Ha.
Then I will lie and do something else. I will tell Osama on you.
People they live in deserts, with no armies.Terrorism is all they can achieve without nuclear capabilities. Take the button away from Pakistan and watch everyone go to bed without supper.

If you disagree with the western view of the Holocaust, go ahead, present your evidence and let's debate. I'm willing to bet you have none.
