My guess is all three. That's why liberals still wet the bed and complain about election 2000 in 2006.

Of course the dems won't win. America is telling them to not be fanatics but they continue to drift leftward into communism and insanity.

My husband has two daughters from his first marriage - both are over 40. We have two small children - under 10. He passed and provided for all of us in his will. When I started to probate the will (I am independent administrator), his daughter called the courthouse and stated that she wanted to contest the will. My attorney wants an additional $3500 to proceed. I want to wait his daughter out to find out what she wants to do next, but cannot reach her. Doesn't she have to have a lawyer to proceed? Isn't there paperwork that she has to file?

Why do they think they know best? Did God tell them that they were right? Because God is telling me that I should vote for a democrat because these weirdos in office right now are misinformed about what he really wants. Yup hes telling me that supporting a dictator, then invading that country 20 years later is a sin and they will all pay one day.Oh and he also said that even if oil is running out we shouldnt invade another country to try and steal theirs, cause he made us pretty smart we can come with alternative energy source.I think he also is saying that the Bears will win the superbowl this year.

I mean the guy has us without saying in a world of **** and cannot be re-elected. I'm interested how he is going to be/ act when we have a democratic president when he is gone. I hope he still has something to say, where ever he ends up.

Ruth Kelly conceded today that the multi-culturist approach encouraged by the Left had "probably been a mistake" and may have contributed to the sense of alienation felt by many young Muslims.
This correspondent feels that "sense of alienation" is a slight misnomer for suicidal fanatics planning to blow to smithereens 4000+ people.
Does anyone, of any religion, have any ideas for solving what now looms as our biggest national problem? No jokes, please, this is serious.

I don't get why the more socially libertarian party is so authoritarian here.
I don't want to hear why guns should be banned or not. I argue that every day.

I just want to hear HOW it is more consistent with Democratic ideology than with Republican ideology. It seems like it should be vice-versa.
Also, aren't Democrats worried about the Republicans taking over the whole country by force? The Dem. party is so tiny and poor, the only defense against a Republican coup is armed people!

(FYI- in case you wonder about me, but I'm bound to post a separate question about THIS in the next few days, so wait for it, PLEASE:
I personally don't think they CAN be banned, because such a prohibition would be impossible if it were enforced without guns, and hypocritical if enforced by means of them. Someone [read: police, military, politicians' thugs] will always use guns to oppress someone else, and the only answers to that are either complying with something shady, getting shot, or fighting back)

Subject: Red Friday!

This may put a lump in your throat and a tear in your eye.
(Hopefully, it will.)
The daughter of a Soldier Last week I was in Atlanta, Georgia attending a conference.
While I was in the airport, returning home, I heard several people behind me beginning to clap and cheer.
I immediately turned around and witnessed one of the greatest acts of patriotism I have ever seen.
Moving thru the terminal was a group of soldiers in their camo's, as they began heading to their gate everyone (well almost everyone) was abruptly to their feet with their hands waving and cheering.
When I saw the soldiers, probably 30-40 of them, being applauded and cheered for it hit me.
I'm not alone.
I'm not the only red blooded American who still loves this country and supports our troops and their families.
Of course I immediately stopped and began clapping for these young unsung heroes who are putting their lives on the line everyday for us so we can go to school, work and home without fear or reprisal.
Just when I thought I could not be more proud of my country or of our service men and women a young girl, not more than 6 or 7 years old, ran up to one of the male soldiers.
He kneeled down and said "hi," the little girl then she asked him if he would give something to her daddy for her.
The young soldier, he didn't look any older than maybe 22 himself, said he would try and what did she want to give to her daddy. Then suddenly the little girl grabbed the neck of this soldier, gave him the biggest hug she could muster and then kissed him on the cheek.
The mother of the little girl, who said her daughters name was Courtney, told the young soldier that her husband was a Marine and had been in Iraq for 11 months now.
As the mom was explaining how much her daughter, Courtney, missed her father, the young soldier began to tear up. When this temporarily single mom was done explaining her situation, all of the soldiers huddled together for a brief second.

Then one of the other servicemen pulled out a military looking walkie-talkie.
They started playing with the device and talking back and forth on it.
After about 10-15 seconds of this, the young soldier walked back over to Courtney, bent down and said this to her, "I spoke to your daddy and he told me to give this to you."
He then hugged this little girl that he had just met and gave her a kiss on the cheek.
He finished by saying "your daddy told me to tell you that he loves you more than anything and he is coming home very soon."

The mom at this point was crying almost uncontrollably and as the young soldier stood to his feet he saluted Courtney and her mom.

I was standing no more than 6 feet away from this entire event unfolded.
As the soldiers began to leave, heading towards their gate, people resumed their applause.
As I stood there applauding and looked around, their were very few dry eyes, including my own.
That young soldier in one last act of selflessness, turned around and blew a kiss to Courtney with a tear rolling down his cheek.

We need to remember everyday all of our soldiers and their families and thank God for them and their sacrifices. At the end of the day, it's good to be an American.
Red Friday - Just keeping you "in the loop" so you'll know what's going on in case this takes off.
RED FRIDAYS ----- Very soon, you will see a great many people wearing Red every Friday.
The reason? Americans who support our troops used to be called the "silent majority".
We are no longer silent, and are voicing our love for God, country and home in record breaking numbers.
We are not organized, boisterous or over-bearing.
We get no liberal media coverage on TV, to reflect our message or our opinions.

Many Americans, like you, me and all our friends, simply want to recognize that the vast majority of America supports our troops.
Our idea of showing solidarity and support for our troops with dignity and respect starts this Friday -and continues each and every Friday until the troops all come home, sending a deafening message that.
Every red-blooded American who supports our men and women afar will wear something red.

By word of mouth, press, TV -- let's make the United States on every Friday a sea of red much like a homecoming football game in the bleachers.
If every one of us who loves this country will share this with acquaintances, co-workers, friends, and family. It will not be long before the USA is covered in RED and it will let our troops know the once "silent"
majority is on their side more than ever, certainly more than the media lets on.

The first thing a soldier says when asked "What can we do to make things better for you?"
Is...We need your support and your prayers.
Let's get the word out and lead with class and dignity, by example; and wear something red every Friday.
IF YOU AGREE -- THEN SEND THIS ON IF YOU COULD CARE LESS THEN HIT THE DELETE BUTTON --- IT IS YOUR CHOICE.
WE LIVE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE, ONLY BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE.
THEIR BLOOD RUNS RED---- SO WEAR RED! --- MAY GOD HELP AMERICA TO BECOME ONE NATION, UNDER GOD.

HAVE A GREAT DAY.

When the devil comes knocking at your door, simply say...

"Jesus, could you get that for me please"?
GOD BLESS YOU.
SHALOM!!!

Looking at the Dow chart for Bush's term from 2000, I was struck by the fact that it resembles a giant W. Closer analysis revealed that the Dow had reached a high on May 14, 2001. On May 26, 2001 Bush gave remarks after passage of tax-cut plan. The Dow began a long descent hitting it's low of 7,528 at the end of Sepember 2002. Sep. 26, Bush continued his fight against corporate fraud and abuse. The chart made a double bottom, forming the "W" on March 3, 2003.
March 22, 2003, Bush initiates Operation Iraqi Freedom finally ending the long slide in the Dow.
My question is this-Do you see a pattern in all this?
Has Bush left his mark?

in other words, destroying all the things he is suing contractor for thus rendering the contractor incapable of requesting arbitration or proving client is either dead wrong and lying or.....dead wrong and lying lol...would the judge be forced to decide in favor of defendent seeing as the plaintiff destroyed all evidence that the defendent is being accused of doing wrong? And can the defendent file a motion that prohibits the plaintiff from TOUCHING the work in question until a decision has been handed down? AND would it actually be the BETTER thing that the client go ahead and hire someone to remove said work before the court date because defendent may win by sheer default?

It's a video from the Yahoo News Archives.

You'll have to put up with the download time and a little coffee commercial, but it seems like an important news story.

http://news.yahoo.com/video;_ylt=AhbrRDeqyV8i4n8V6QyZ4rqs0NUE;_ylu=X3oDMTA2MnU4czRtBHNlYwNzbg--

It involves war widows having their benefits cut in half.

Please watch the video and comment.

If you are not going to comment on the video, I have no interest in what you have to say on this subject.

Thanks.

They act as if the illegals from Mexico are the only ones in the world suffering... they also seem to want to make Mexico our responsibility.... Champions never runaway from adversity they fight through it... not the same with the illegals they run like cowards... I think it's because they lack the depth of character that black people in America made legendary... so when they make racists slurs against black people they make them against people who did something about their condition instead of running... that is the primary reason I don't support illegal immigrants in any way....
