Looks to me like if someone came across the border and evaded FEDERAL officials that THAT would make it a federal offense. Not necessarily the 'crossing of the border', but the EVASION of the FEDERAL OFFICERS. If they are caught they should be deported, if they run they should be shot on sight. imho

The border doesn't have to say anything, if you cross it to enter our country illegally without checking in with Customs then you have broken our laws. That's why they call them "ILLEGALS."

This "undocumented" crap is just liberalspeak like "progressive" because even many liberals now think 'liberal" is a perjorative and "redeployment" instead of retreat, cut and run or surrender and "activist" instead of radical. Liberals know they look bad so they use window dressing words more and more now, but it isn't working.

Most of the people who rail against immigration to this country are pretty ignorant.

Those of Irish, Italian and Eastern European ancestry are especially stupid if they don't realize that their forebears used to be more hated in this country than Mexicans are today.

Many of them came here illegally and the eugenics movement of the early 20th century was directed against them.

As a matter of fact, many of the techniques used by Hitler to exterminate the Jews were learned from Americans trying to exterminate the Irish, Italian, and Eastern European immigrants during the early 20th century.

Of course many of these people here today don't know that because they are pretty ignorant.

Actually, the borders are open 24 hours a day.
There IS no fence to climb over.
All you gotta do is stroll on over and WELCOME TO AMERICA!

Anyways, I highly recommend you start putting up "No Trespassing" signs along the border, I'm sure it'll lower the number of illegals coming in. Better yet, put up a "Beware of Dog" sign in there for added measure.

You can get those for, like, 5 bucks at Office Max.

The borders already say they're closed! They are already sneaking in past federal officers! Think of something original.

Yes, it is. Since Mexicans are not alowed to come legally, they sneak in. If US govmt was smart, they'd let them in after paying those $2,500 instead the smuggler-to the US budget!
And if they were allowed to come legally, they'd all pay taxes. Which now they can't no matter how much they want.
On one hand you complain they don't pay taxes, on the other hand you don't let them pay taxes. It's really stupid situation. There must be changes!

I have an idea. If they cross anyway take a gun and shoot at their feet and make them dance all the way back to Mexico.

Here's a funnier one no matter what you say. There will always be illegals in this country.
