I have a guy that used to be in the Army years ago, but was discharged when his time was up. He is now wanting to rejoin as a Reserve. He will have to be gone for about 4 months for training. We work for a not for profit organization, there are 45 members and 4 of us are paid. My question is does his job have to be held until he gets back from his training? Or does it not apply since he has the job first then signed up again? What are the laws on this?

I have never had a response like this to any Yahoo question. It's encouraging that so many of you have something to say. The word "blame" has been used a lot, but who is to blame for indoctrinating young impressionable men and turning them into suicide bombers? This does not happen overnight. I am blaming neither right nor left. I simply wondered how many of you out there agreed with Ruth Kelley. It is a little late in the day to say "multi-culturalism" was a mistake, isn't it?

i have. for years and years and years the town i lived in was a nice english speaking town people were proud to be from. now you go into the bank and its like a friggen 3rd world country. its really pathetic what they do to american culture in towns without giving a crap. and dont even go into the whole "you took what natives had" crap. thats how things worked back then. and the way mexicans steal towns is much more pathetic. taking advantage of a system. if you really wanna make this friggen mexico so much couldn't you at least try and conquer it like so many countries have been formed before? of course not, because mexico would get its butt whooped. does anyone else agree that this is a pathetic way to steal towns we've grown up in?

Bush can't string a sentence together.

Bush has an intellect of a '_ _ _ _ _', sorry, can't think of a comparison.

If Bush is stupid, and if the United States is stupid enough to follow a stupid leader or vote him in, for the second term n’all, this excludes the well informed and truly educated folks in America. Then, why do so called whatever party groups those vultures belong to or support in America, label me a liberal? I’m a liberal for stating the obvious. The bloody fact the Bush is thick. Is this a rhetorical question and is it me who is stating the obvious here? Could it possibly be the other way round? Is the Bush supporters who clearly have abused the right to be classed as American’s or Human’s anymore, with their constant plans to nuke other people and countries, or mass murder another.

I live in Moore Oklahoma, twice in recent history tornadoes have devestated the city. We rebuilt the town better than before in less than a year; using for the most part private funds. Why does New Orleans feel entitled to tax money to rebuild; and why do they feel the right to complain when it is not done quickly enough.

Does anyone in the air national guard or similar guard or reserve component of the military know of a good website( besides miltary.com and militaryonesource.com) for info about benefits such as companies that offer discounts and special services for members of the military? It seems like most benefit programs out there are only for active duty.

The Yoo Doctrine or Unitary Executive theory, are controversial since it is suggested the theory holds that the President's war powers place him above any law.

Comments from debate where Yoo defends position of president torturing children.

Cassel: If the President deems that he’s got to torture somebody, including by crushing the testicles of the person’s child, there is no law that can stop him?

Yoo: No treaty.

Cassel: Also no law by Congress. That is what you wrote in the August 2002 memo.

Yoo: I think it depends on why the President thinks he needs to do that.

Here is a link, on this page you can listen to the entire debate in mp3 format to all the doubters who will deny the reality of the above comments.

Has anyone ever heard of any Corporate entity not allowing there employee's access to there own Personnel folder? You know the file that has all YOUR information in it such a days you were ill, and the days you promoted and so on? This is a serious inqury because I have written and typed 4 seperate letters and have yet to view my file. I was told it was SSI.( Sensitive Secured Information). Which I know for a fact it is not. I will not say whom I work for. But you can guess it's pretty high up the chain.

I have old Nissan 240 Sx, she has honda SUV very new( don't know what-type very big one). We hit back to back . Her right bumper fold in and my right bumper has some fold and scratch. Her is more damage. Anyway, she want to get estimate and settle without using insurance. I don't care about fixing mine. I believe that she really want to fix her but have me pay for it. I don't think that is my fault, am I right? Should I report my insurance so they can take care of it ( deal with her for me)? I am afraid that she might turn around and report to her insurance first and I don't report mine..so then it becomes my fault ? and also will cause my insurance rate to increase . Will it increase- if I just got in accident if not my fault? Please help, I just need to decide ASAP. Thanks.

the investigating agency said that someone else is associated with my social security number, they gave me his name and most recent address on file. I do not know this person but he is from the same state as I am and he is roughly the same age.
Can I take legal action against him if he did use my SSN?
Can I take legal action even if he did not misuse my SSN?

I am filing a police report tomorrow against this guy and hopefully that can do some questioning...

Is it true that one SSN can be used for more than 1 person? That seems questionable to me. Please help with all my questiong? Thank you!
