What I find interesting IS........

when we make a comment about the responsiblity of the employer and how "waving American dollars" in a hungry face makes them "just as" if not more responsible for alot of the influx...we get alot of *mumbles and grumbles and its just the illegals BS*

I have always said if we consider these PEOPLE criminals than these employers are accessories to the crime and should be judged just as harshly.

definite employers could call the police stunning instantaneous! The business company is not any way at fault! that would desire to be like asserting, I watched somebody robbing a financial business enterprise, yet for the reason that I stated as the police on the financial business enterprise robbers, i'm accountable of a criminal offense, what bullshit! All employers could turn in and carry for ICE or the police, in the event that they are suspected to be unlawful, and somewhat if suspicion of identification theft. She could have been critically punished and then deported, her 19 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous daughter could be hunted down and deported, basically like various different unlawful. those jesters of attorneys are somewhat grasping at straws now. there is not any longer a low factor that the professional's and illegals won't hit, is there!

They are expanding the volutary program which will help expand the database, and Homeland Security just entered into a five year (!) contract to put immigrant biometric information on digital database which is a step needed to get a better system.

The employers are still saying 'but how do we know it is fake?' and can continue to say that until there is a database they can check.

Meanwhile, however, some states got millions for tipping immigration off to a subcontractor for Wal-Mart, and others are collecting bounties by reporting employers to the IRS for lack of tax filings.

Mosquito bites, really, but they may be better than nothing in the interim.

I agree 100% I have sympathy for illegal immigrants. If I lived in a corrupt sewer with no opportunity like Mexico I would leave as well.

Illegal immigration is illegal!! We should arrest and put in prison employers who knowingly hire illegals. The laws should mirror the mandatory sentences given to drug dealers. I believe after the first few went to prison you would have an end to the problem. With no jobs the illegals would return home.

Illegal employers are a problem that must be dealt with. However, two wrongs don't make a right and we also need to enforce our laws against the illegal immigrants themselves.
