yea...i thought the war was all good and dandy.
until i found out that there was actually no cause for it and now i have no respect for bush what-so-ever.
i quote this from weeds when the guy got drafted from the army reserve:
"since bush is a war criminal, why should i be one of his disposable thugs waiting to get blown up by a car bomb, rigged by a 12 YEAR OLD who loves FRIENDS and METALLICA until one of our missiles blew up his house???"
soooo true.
also, i think this is more than just a little bit about oil because 3/4 of the people who hijacked planes on 9/11 were saudi arabians, yet were just all fine and dandy with the saudis because they have the most oil and they give us some.
coincidence?
i didnt think so either.

I was against the war but after the Mission Accomplished speech I was willing to wait 6 months for them to find WMD's before passing judgement. Well, it's been 3 years and we haven't found so much as a can of Raid. Those 500 shells that were found were not the WMD's Bush said we would find. The white house has said so. So no. My view of him sadly hasn't changed.

No, because just because they weren't found by a group who announced they were coming long enough ahead of time so evidence could be disposed, does NOT mean they weren't there!

Saddam Hussein gassed his own poeple. That is a fact. What did he gas them with, aeresol cans???? You tell the thousands of Kurds found in mass graves that they weren't the vicitms of chemical warfare.

Bush had three objectives.
He was searching for the terrorists responsible for 911.
Strike 1.
He didn't trust the UN inspectors so he had to look for himself.
Strike 2.
He had to clean up his daddy's mess. Unfortunately he made it worse.
Swing and a miss Strike 3 Yer outta there!!

No! I always knew he was a jackass and I knew there were no weapons of mass destruction, he was just after oil. Bush doesn't know how to do the right thing.

It had begun to change before then, but after that, it just nose dived into the gutter.

He is a liar, cheat and a puppet for the Republican party and his daddy. He needs to be gone, and there should be more done. But it won't happen with a majority Republican congress. Sad, isn't it?

Hey john killabrew - see? You gonna blast these people for thinking the same thing?

(According to john killabrew, they DID find WMD's. He bombarded me with nasty messages insulting me personally for it. So watch out. . .)

No! Absolutely not! Just because we didn't find any doesn't mean they are not there. How did Hussein destroy all of those people then? besides, the U.N. and all of the security Council members agreed that he was hiding them...don't you remember?

Nope. Although I do feel now that we know they aren't there, that we should bring our troops home and let the Iraqi's deal with their own problems. We are trying to help them with a democracy, but if the majority of people there don't want it, then it will never happen.
