With lethal force legislation in place now, wouldn't it just make sense to arm the population as thoroughly as possible to make sure everybody has an equal chance of survival? Kids are defenseless. I just think children under 12 might be too young to fully understand weapon ownership and maintenance though. What are your thoughts?

My uncle and I went out to Indiana and we both split all of the costs. im 25 and he's about 45 years old. We stayed at my great aunt and uncle's home. The 1st night when we were out there he decided to borrow my car to go to a friends house. It was 8pm, and he said that he would be back in 2 hours or so. He did not come back until 1230am. During the time he was gone, my great aunt was setting up beds and one was a futon. She asked me if I was taller then my uncle and I was taller so she said to take the bed while uncle mike takes the futon. I asked her if she thought if my uncle was ok with it and she said that it would be fine. When he got home at 1230am, he was pissed. He said that I disrespected him by taking the good bed. Do you think I disrespected him by doing that, or do you think what I did was ok? I did not know what category to put this in, sorry.

A friend works as a probation officer and she said they were freeying this Paedophile after just 3 years. He was found guilty of having sex with a 7 year old child.
Should we all volunteer $10 each, get a few million $$ together and just PAY THE MAFIA for protection instead? I pay about £100 each year to the police via some silly council tax scheme. I'd be more than willing to detract £10 from it for the mafia, so long as they make me see some headlines about these Paedophiles who are released early to be then found... you know... unhappily stiff.. what do you say about all this? Me over the top? Or the judges for releasing these people into OUR world again? What would you do?What CAN we do?

and are simply attempting any desperate action to "win?" I've seen a couple identities stolen like Kubrickian (aka the Milkshake) and now Sho Ban Renegade- among others (usually very strong anti- illegal voices on the debate); have the people stealing the identities lost the actual debate and have nothing better to do?

If you are a person that blames Bush for Hurricane Katrina please ask yourself the following questions (probably will not help anything, but deep down maybe you'll realize that it wasn't Bush's fault)

1. Is this the first hurricane to ever hit the U.S?
2. Were the citizens warned that a hurricane was coming?
3. Would Bush really know about a number of busses parked somehwere in the city?
4. Is this the first hurricane to cause lots of damage and deaths?
5. Did Bush choose the basically doomed location of New Orleans?
6. Did Bush build or design the levees that were supposed to help?
I have another question, why, when we've donated billions of dollars to help the victims of Katrina, do many people claim they recieved no aid?
