It is a violation of civil liberties. What I do in my own time is nobodies business.
However there should be a form of drug testing to see if someone is high at work because that could be very dangerous. Just because you have drugs in your system does not mean you are getting high on the job.

In my opinion, and obviously in the ruling of the Supreme Court, drug testing is constitutional--and not only that but what's wrong with it? Making you pee in a cup or something like that isn't going to kill you, only take two minutes of your life. If you got nothing to hide, what have you got to fear? However, the ACLU thinks that peeing in a cup for school sports is a disgrace and dehumanizing. Well, the ACLU also thinks that child rapists need only four months of rehabilitation. ACLU = american corrupted liberal union (okay, I don't need that adjective for liberals--considering most of them are).
Okay, bottom line here. DRUG TESTING IS C-O-N-S-T-I-T-U-T-I-O-N-A-L!!! EH?
