He was sitting at a bus stop on Gratiot in Mt Clemens Michigan and was crying his eyes out. I ask him why? He said " We are getting beat in Iraq like my father got beat in Vietnam" and with that said he went back to crying. I just walked away. Is this Marine really that hurt over Iraq?

The man has clearly demonstrated that he has no credibility and is willing to lie at both the highest and lowest levels. Why do folks believe and accept what he says? And if they don't believe him, why don't people question what he says?

when a person is acquitted, what does the term mean. can the ruling being appealed? how do you do that? who polices the decicions by obvious wrong descions

that you did not force yourself to be liberal? He has made some crude comments but a lot of you people are getting way too fired up from it. Now maybe you understand what it is like for a conservative to read the news or get it from CNN, MSNBC, etc. Very liberal and to imagine, that is what conservative had to live with in the 80s until Rush came along and that was only the radio. Then Fox with accurate reporting, and the best TV ratings of any news network

I have a problem with a neighbor. They have put up a gate at the entrance to my home. There has been no survey to show whether the driveway belongs to them or me. Please help, what can I do, do I have that right to move the gate? I don't have the money to pay for a survey, but I do need a way to get into yard. My grandmother, who lives with me is very old and sick alot, I am afraid that if needed an ambulance would not be able to get into my yard to help her, if something should happen.

Report: Marines may have foiled evidence Thu Aug 17, 11:48 PM ET

NEW YORK - U.S. Marines involved in the killings last fall in Haditha of two dozen Iraqis, most if not all of them civilians, appear to have destroyed or withheld evidence, The New York Times reported.

Pages from an official company logbook of the unit involved in the deaths were missing, and an incriminating video taken by an aerial drone was not given to investigators until a top commander asked for it, two Defense Department officials told the newspaper. The Times posted the story on its Web site Thursday night.

The Pentagon officials said a report about the Haditha killings does not directly accuse Marines of attempting a cover-up, the newspaper said. The report, based on an investigation by Army Maj. Gen. Eldon A. Bargewell, has not been made public.

The Pentagon officials told the Times that the Marines were trying to cover up the crime and protect Bush. The Marines are pround of their actions.
