Now we both know this is a violation of civil rights, and freedom of speech and religion. For the ignorant, not all Muslims are terrorists, a true Muslim doesn't believe in harming anyone. What actions can I do to get the attention of someone in power that actually would care?

As this well running establishment is going to taken-over by National Highway authority for Govt. of India, they are only ready to compansate the land value as per their valuation, and the cost of the building estimated as per the Govt. Value. Less the depreciation. But what about the future business lose, the establishment cost, advertisement cost, labour compansation etc. This is only an establishment related to tourisam, started 3-years back. For an example, a coconut tree, there are rules to compansate the future income up to 20-years. Where can we get to know about the similer cases for camparison. What are the latest law's to safeguard the citizen.

There are over 234 UN resolutions that Israil threw against the wall!!! Israel refused to even recognize the UN as a ligitimate body and was not accepted by the UN as a member till 1991!!!!

All of a sudden, the cowardly nation of war criminals is abiding by the UN rules because it lost to a small group of resistance? Just to save its face that has been smeared in the mud of southern Lebanon?

This is someone who is put in by the government and these people act as if they are "GOD" because once in no one over- sees what they do. When a boss is more interested in what your wearing, who's in the restroom, who's out sick, who's talking with who, etc.. (all petty stuff) and not the work being done what can the worker do in this sitituation? oh and this boss was heard saying that her job is to make everyone misable. How bad is that? Please anyone who knows how to kick out a political appointee who is not doing their job? please.........

Thanks for the excellent feedback I received to my initial question!
The owner did not officially admit that he lost my original contract. He said to me in a phone call (I called him after I was served the summons....b/c I was so shocked):"The real contract is somewhere." Well,...why didn't he use that then in his summons? I think it took nerves to take legal action with a criminal act.
I lost all respect for this man...and therefore I can't remember now where I placed the copy of the contract I signed...:) I figure the proof is upon him. He should not have done this to me...I trusted him, and he knows I am not one to bail out of an obligation. Now I realize, though, that his bad reputation is earned...he really is a crook.... . I did file a dispute of the validity of the debt at court here. It's documented, and on file.
I was just wondering why his lawyer hasn't responded to the letter I wrote, requesting the original contract and bookkeeping records so I can compare. Good sign?

I...yes, I.....voted for Bill Clinton in 1992( crying). Ive hid thios for years but am so ashamed of my actions I need to vent somewhere. I ws a union contractor in Chicago at the time and brainwashed by our leadership. I voted straightline democrat every year till then. I woke up one day and saw the light( 1993) but before that Im not proud of what I did. Should I tell my kids of my crooked past or take it to my grave. Please, its very hard to let the world know something like this so your input is very important to me. Thank you for helping me thru this lapse in judgement portion I called my life.
