Lebanon-Israil: Since when “Israel” started following UN resolutions?

There are over 234 UN resolutions that Israil threw against the wall!!! Israel refused to even recognize the UN as a ligitimate body and was not accepted by the UN as a member till 1991!!!!

All of a sudden, the cowardly nation of war criminals is abiding by the UN rules because it lost to a small group of resistance? Just to save its face that has been smeared in the mud of southern Lebanon?

I think the U.S. administration pushed them towards this decision.
I mean there are a lot of stupid people ALL OVER the world (mostly right winged illiterates) who supported and will always support war (or as they put it: fights for freedom) and many governments use the stupidity of these people to achieve various goals (mostly economic), but this time it gone to far. Even for W junior.
And let us not forget, there's an agenda for a new world order and one of its requirements is peace (spiced up with a few "liberation" or "freedom" fights controlled by the U.S.).

Israel is a UN member state from 1948, the day it was established by UN resolution.
War criminal was Saddam, who was not Israeli.
If it was not for a UN resolution, that Israel decided to obey and stop fighting and which Lebanon is trying to avoid, Israel would have finished off the rest of the terrorists in south Lebanon.

If find it very interesting that some folks can't seem to see the difference between "war" and " policing action". The US and Israel have been involved in policing action not war. A war would be simple COMPLETE carpeting bombing, leveling of entire cities, villages, not one thing left standing. A policing action involves, dropping of leaflets letting the civilian sector know when the bombing or action will occur, targeting specific areas, attempting to target the enemy only.

The terrorist are lucky they have such a good PR department that other like mind countries are not allowing Israel to engage in an all out war but if they mess up in anyway they don't really understand the wrath they good face.

Israel couldn't care less about the UN resolutions
Israel doesn't care about peace or civilians. It only worries about its own survival and its own existence. And is going to keep worrying till judgment day cause it choose the wrong people to mess with. Its funny how a little group of ill equipped ill trained fighters can give the power full Israel a good unforgettable whooping. Those fighters might have been ill equipped and ill trained, but they were true believers!! Believers in God, believers in their cause, and god stood by them.

like u said my friend, they were crushed in Lebanon & their mighty allie failed 2 get them an honerable outlet, so the un came in handy!!!!!!the US & israel thought that wiping Hezboallah isn't going 2 take more than a week, but israel's leg got deeper into the swamp & couldn't come out .so what better excuse that could make israel a country that respects the UN resulutions than obeying 1701.only result is that the US has lost what's left of it's credebility& they dare 2 say they r not taking sides??? who buys that???

exactly! i totally agree with u
