As this well running establishment is going to taken-over by National Highway authority for Govt. of India, they are only ready to compansate the land value as per their valuation, and the cost of the building estimated as per the Govt. Value. Less the depreciation. But what about the future business lose, the establishment cost, advertisement cost, labour compansation etc. This is only an establishment related to tourisam, started 3-years back. For an example, a coconut tree, there are rules to compansate the future income up to 20-years. Where can we get to know about the similer cases for camparison. What are the latest law's to safeguard the citizen.
