Hezbollah has shown the world that Israel isn't the power it is feared to be, and gave new courage to all in the Middle East. Therefore they should be successful, even though they lost buildings, lives, and whatnot. Even the Israeli government is greatly dissatisfied of the handling of this "war". Now, Bush is just looking for technicallities so the US or Israel won't seem like the losers.

When a person who has committed a sex offense is registered, their name, address with map and picture are placed on the internet. (In California, there is no differentiation as there are in other states. They're all pictured, although some with no specific addresses.)

My question is: is this fair to the family members who live with the registered sex offender that THEIR address is listed, too? What privacy, constitutional and civil rights do the FAMILIES of sex offenders have? Should they be harassed by proxy? What is their recourse if they are ostracized and penalized, too, along with the offender?

Please only serious answers. If you want to dump on registered sex offenders, find another question. Thank you!

It seems all the alpha male personalities choose other parties to represent, while lib males are all effeminate and limp wristed. Is there a reason for this or are a buunch of libs just going to spew hate in their answers?

Martin Sheen played a gruff Special Forces guy in 'Apocalypse Now'; Sean Penn played a soldier in 'Casualties of War.' Tim Robbins played a fighter pilot ("Merlin") in 'Top Gun'. Danny Glover played soldiers in 'Operation Dumbo Drop', 'Flight of the Intruder' and 'Bat 21'.

....... these guys and their Hollyweird friends love to protest against war, yet they've gotten rich from glorified portrayals of war in film and tv.Hollywood in general is the biggest anti-war voice out there, but watch how many Iraq War movies they start pumping out in the years to come. They're no better than Halliburton when it comes to profiting off of war.

While your Bush is sending his army to Iraq, Lebanon and I don’t know where, fighting terror by killing civilians on their own land, Hasan Nasrallah had gave victory and hope to his people by offering to build again, putting his hands in other parties hands even the ones that betrayed him. I wish we have one Christian leader who loves his people so much and care about our future…

I have seen many instances where they chose to live together instead of getting married due to a decrease in their disability benefits.

A current incident that prompts me to ask this, is a couple that would lose $500.00 per month if they were to marry. Each person resides in their own apartment, and only one of them can afford a vehicle.

Should their benefits stay the same whether they marry or not?.. They are no less disabled after marriage.
Should the government allow disabled Americans to marry without decreasing their benefits?

Ever notice that Bushophants never refute arguments with facts, only insults? And how about those scandalous stories they send one another about the opposition which turn out to be urban legends and usually old urban legends, at that. I think it's the fear of being wrong that steers them away from facts. They don't seem to see what is going on around them. Is it because they don't look up to see it? I suppose that if my hero was George W., I wouldn't be able to raise my head, either. What do you think?

The vast majority of illegal immigrants in America are Mexican, who were once proverbial for laziness and crime, but now are championed by the liberal media (NY Times) and neoconservative media (Wall Street Journal) as hard-working Americans.

Statistics, however, show otherwise. A recent study by the Pew Hispanic Center reveals the following:

(1) Hispanics are 3 times more likely than non-Hispanics to receive welfare

(2) Hispanics account for 3/4 of the increase in poverty in the USA

(3) 45% of Hispanic children are born out of wedlock

(4) Hispanic women are 2.54 times more likely to than white women to have abortions

(5) Hispanic men are 9 times more likely than white men to beat their partners

(6) Hispanics are 3 times more likely than whites to die of AIDS

(7) They are 4 times more likely to die of tuberculosis

(8) Hispanics are 2 times more likely to be incarcerated than non-Hispanics

(9) They are 3.8 times more likely to be in prison for murder
