It depends whether you mean the largest army or the strongest army. The largest army is easy - just google it. The US, Russia and China will figure at the top of the list. The strongest army is more difficult to judge. It comes down to a subjective view whether one weapons system used by Brazil is more effective than an alternative used by Argentina. You also have to factor in the competence of Generals and whether countries like the UK and France should figure at the top of the list because they have nuclear weapons.
