I know someone who has a warrant out for there arrest in Canada, 3 charges I think, probation violation, unlawfully at large, and something else he didnt tell me, he lives in alberta, but is planning to move to BC or SK, the warrant as far as I know is only provincial (not canada-wide) would the police in the other provinces be able to arrest him and transport him back to alberta to face the charges? or are they kinda S.O.L to get him unless they catch him back in alberta? He's a knob and wont ask, so i did it for him. All info is appreciated, thanks.

Why are we not getting any media coverage about the Nafta Superhighway? Who are the supporters of the NAFTA superhighway? It there a way to stop it from going through?
