I had lower back sugery, and I'm not 100%. If my recovery doesn't get better, can I sue them for anything? I mean, this is my back, and I don't want to end up handicaped. This is under Workers Comp.

Racial profiling? What the hell ever! Sure it my be a little insulting for the over sensitive people to be asked their I.D. If they fit the description of an illegal alien, check em'. 15 million from South America and Mexico? I would call that an invasion not a hand full of people finding their way here.

i could do that all day, but i will spare you, since have have a benevolent demeanor. (also, i don't mean to suggest any specific connection between mushrooms and ritalin, mescaline, marijuana and alcohol, or LSD and ambien)

keep in mind- I'M NOT NECESSARILY CONDONING THE USE OF MUSHROOMS, LSD, OR MARIJUANA- simply pondering the apparent hipocrisy.

Should I (yes my tax dollars) give descendants of slaves money? My ancestors were not even here when slavery took place. Moreover, the vast majority of slaves taken out of Africa were sold by African rulers, traders and a military aristocracy who all grew wealthy from the business. How about reparations from their descendants?

Read the link. All of you that say we don't need the same protections/rights for "terrorists" what about this? Are you willing to let this happen again...do you realize this could be you and/or your friends?

How did his arrest protect you? You might say, "Mistakes happen" and shrug it off but this is deliberate. How would you like to be locked up for 5 years and no charges pressed? Oh I forgot, they're Muslim so it doesn't matter. Conservatives strike again!

I am looking for opinions A 19 year old boy was found in the park hanging from the swing set his body was partially on the ground he was found not hanging in the air there was no sign that he climbed on the swing set to jump the only thing that was visible was the seat part was wrapped around his neck holding him up.

I read the reports and the officers stated that there was no sign of a struggle and thats why it was ruled suicide. Then I read the autopsy report there was so sign of how he died. The only things that was there was froth like fluid in his lungs and one of the officers said that there was bluish type of saliva coming from the mouth does anyone have there opinion on were this bluish type saliva comes from..

I also want a opinion on what you think Murder or Suicide Thanks everyone for there help.....

Cant feel any sympathy for them, especially when they kill their own people and use their own civilians as human shields.

They arent fighting for freedom...their stated goal is the destruction of a nation, not their own freedom...
