If the waring factions really wanted the US out of IRAQ all they would have to do is keep the peace for maybe a year. Let the Iraqis appear to have their country under control. The US would gladly walk away. If they still feel they want a civil war so be it.

it is in his interest personally, he has staked his legacy on the war in Iraq, the war on terror will go on forever, it always has as far back in history as is written,,, the 1/2 trillion $ he has spent on the war has benefited the war profiteers, his cronies,,,, the waste in Katrina alone would have paid for all American children to go to college for the next generation, but look at who he put in charge, his friends, not those most qualified,,, Bush will not implement the 9-11 commissions recommendations that cost American taxpayers billions,,

If China and Japan stop propping up the dollar and if the Euro becomes the main currency, the US will sink fast. By creating this exorbitant debt, Bush has accelerated these two processes.
