I have been living in the US since year 2000, but in 1990 my I obtained a B-1/crossing border visa. In the passport I appear with my brother but the passport expired around 5 years ago. I reentered to the US in 2000 again but illegally, do you know if I can use my visa to go back to Mexico? Oh by the way the visa doesn’t have expiration date since it was issued for indefinitely time and it is a stamp on my passport which means that I don't have a card or something, just the stamp on my passport that was the visa in 1990.

Does this law state that you can't testify against your spouse or that you don't have to? And is it limited to converstaion with your spouse, or does it also apply to providing an alibi or describing something you found in their possessions?

Do you support the Patriot act, and the similar laws soon to follow?
Do you think it is OK for the government to read anybody's email, check anybody's babk account, or search whomever in public spaces. Do you agree that the government should be able to stop arabs and persians (and by circumstance, mexicans, blacks, and asians) because terroist come from the same part of the globe as them?

Well beware. By not voting out conservatives (and centrist) you may think you are giving the government permission to do these things to foreigners and "others," but you never know when someday it is your group (it doesn't have to be racial, you could be investigated because of where you work, or someone you've talked to) that becomes the enemy of the state. Do we really wish to grant the government that much power? The government already has authority to spy on terrorist, these new laws are to give the government authority to spy on you!

If we are a Republic, why do we insist on calling it a Democracy? Do you think it is a conspiracy? :-)
There is a huge difference between a Democracy and a Representative Democracy.
Should we adjust the pledge of alliegence to say "And to the Capitalist Republic, for which it stands, One nation, that has no clue who they are..."

the next election by voting out our leaders who did nothing on the issue? Regardless of which party they "represent" do you honestly think choosing different candidates from either major party will make a difference. Aren't both parties purposely making no real effort to enforce immigration policy because they fear alienating the emerging and potentially powerful Hispanic/Latino voting bloc for the future? Furthermore, just like from the creation of our country (weren't all our Founding Fathers from the politically powerful and wealthy colonial families and the Revolution was largely for their financial benefit?) don't the candidates from both parties for higher office only come from extremely wealthy, poweful families (just look at the last Presidential election). Why should we expect any difference in actual enforcement on the illegal immigration issue when, regardless of party, our leaders are the very people that seem to benefit the most from illegals as a source of cheap labor
