Of course it is a travesty, darling. This is a mockery of "justice". I fully expect the American government, which has always been a joke, to do the wrong thing but this is over the top! Those guys deserve a metal. The drug smuggler deserves prison time and to be shot again, if you ask me. I also like Tripledigit's answer.

You bet ... words fail me to describe what I think of this outrageous miscarriage of justice ... those who protect our borders get clapped in jail ... while drug smugglers get off scot free, and even have the audacity to sue for damages ... makes me physically ill .... all this while our administration bleats about securing our borders .... :(
