I know someone who has a warrant out for there arrest in Canada, 3 charges I think, probation violation, unlawfully at large, and something else he didnt tell me, he lives in alberta, but is planning to move to BC or SK, the warrant as far as I know is only provincial (not canada-wide) would the police in the other provinces be able to arrest him and transport him back to alberta to face the charges? or are they kinda S.O.L to get him unless they catch him back in alberta? He's a knob and wont ask, so i did it for him. All info is appreciated, thanks.

TMLeaf,
I believe provincial wide warrants are only valid in the province issued. I dont think they can transport him back to AB if he's caught in BC, could be wrong though..maybe i should check with a lawyer instead of wasting everyones time asking a question..lol
