So much anger and so much hate for our country, it's government, and everything we stand for. Why do they choose to live in our country?

although you have stereotyped all muslims, i do see your point, and the problem is ( and its the same in Oz) we let them in! we let them come to our countries as refugees seeking refuge, but then when they get here they want to live the life they hated while in their own country ........answer is CLOSE ALL BORDERS! let them suffer and live in their own countries.

Muslims was probably the wrong choice of words. There are many people from other cultures (including the middle-east) that come to America and hate it. The reason they came here was to get a job and make money. The US may be immoral, but the money's OK. It seems odd because if you have to move from your own country to get a job your culture has failed you. Not that I believe America is No. 1 or that all immigrants hate America, but there are some that do.

You are wrongly stereotyping "all" muslims. They wouldnt be in our country if they didnt like it. I know many people abroad who love American culture but feel disappointed when our behavior doesnot show the same affection in kind.
Lets face it, the most education we as Americans have about muslims has come from a negative experience with them and not an enlightened one.
We tend not to give a damn about other cultures until they affect what we believe in and that is a self-centered attitude.
That very attitude is at the root of our problems today. Like for example we invaded Iraq without knowing the history and the local politics and for that matter regional politics. We didnt do our homework and we are paying a dear price for that. We went in for the wrong reasons. Of course we didnt question things enough (the Govt decision to invade Iraq) because of our shock
and fear about 9/11. And damn if they didnt take advantage---- because they told us that the enemy responsible for our attack was Bin laden. But instead of hunting him down they chose to invade Iraq for other clandestine reasons-no connection with 9/11. There are a huge numbr of Muslims in the world and they dont all hate America -they would relish the opportunity to come and BE Americans.

Not all muslims hate us. Just the crazy ones! Like the muslims that come from Iran. And not just muslims hate america there are many countries and many races!

Its not all Muslims that hate America, its true in the Koran its main objective is to create a world of Islam but who's religion truly accepts another belief, without attempting to convert them....grant it the extremist Muslims taste this a step too far, but all groups have there extremists whether political or religious......hate breeds hate, and even non religious people think they are the right and others are wrong, so who's truly right, ? who cares.....live life and smile.....

"They"??? Maybe it is because "they" don't hate you or USA. You watch too much television. If you weren't reading or listening to inflammatory remarks about muslims on tv or the internet you would likely take each muslim person you meet at face value and how you feel about that person as an individual...just like any other human being. When I hear the word "they" I assume something not nice is to follow and I think of "ism" words.

I don't think all Muslims hate us, particularly those who have chosen to live in this country. They come here for the same reasons anyone else does; freedom, opportunity, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Why you are so upset? I don't understand it .... well I wonder what it would be if some Muslims troops are on USA soil ... then I don't think that your answer will be... oh Muslims we love you. Live your life and let other live theirs ... after all we don't own this land otherwise how does it come to us in the first place

MUSLIMS don't hate us. You're so ignorant. There are peaceful Muslims, Muslims who don't care, and extremist Muslims. Extremist Muslims hate us, the others can do whatever they want.
Do all Americans think one way? Do all Europeans? No!
Neither do all Muslims. Not all Muslims hate America.

Because the ones who do hate us are so ignorant and jealous. Of what...Im not sure. The extremists teach the young muslims in whatever terrorist group they are in that America is bad and all that, but really they have NO clue about America.
