They wear regular clothes, just like everyone else. Every person has their own sense of style, and every culture as its own sense of style. Their clothes are no different than anyone elses. They wear preppy, gothic, emo, ghetto, etc.

I'm not understanding your question either. I was in Mexico in January, and the clothes I saw on the natives were similar to what I see at Walmart.

Personally I think they can whatever they want and should wear my clothes and probably yours too since they starve making them.
And you can't group on entire nation into such a small box. They are different people with different styles.
