Divide 4 into 30, and that is what 4 days are worth. If you sell your leave days you end up losing money. They are taxed, and you don't include BAH, BAS or any other special duty payments.

They don't get paid nearly enough for days worked. I can't imagine them not getting an equal pays pay for a paid day off (leave).
