Why should there be national boundaries like they were sacred and came from eternity? I want to move freely where ever my heart pleases and see the whole world before i die! my husband and i were recently arrested and were granted diversions and we have to write an essay on what we learned and how the situation can be avoided. the diversion officer said that the diversions were for her eyes only that noone else was going to read them. well my husband's sergeant said that when he writes his essay, he wants to read it. that's invading his privacy along with mine and it is very embarrassing. we dont need his sergeants talking **** about our problems. also his sergeants are very immature and it would spread all through the platoon. we just know it will. oh by the way, my husband already went and talked to the commander and he said that the situation (when we got arrested) was unsubstantiated, so the army is supose to be out of our business by now. he said if they want to see it, he will show them that he did it, but he wont let them read it. can his sergeants do this????????? if they try to make him show them, he could go to jag couldnt he?

The judgement was that it was my friend's fault, but he didn't have an attorney, and the officer that worked the accident was the other person's(involved in the accident)boyfriend. Also, I need to know if it is too late to appeal it since he didn't have a lawyer and the pictures of the accident show that when the other person pulled out in front of him--he hit her in the side not the rear of the vehicle. Thanks for the other answers. And, no, he doesn't want it to just go away---but the other person involved won't discuss anything with him, so he needed to know what to do...Thanks...

Billions of dollars and many casualties of war later Iraq is a mess and Osama Bin Laden (who was principally responsible for 911) still has not been captured. Wow it must have been so SHOCKING to find out that (Whites) were the one in deed criminals,killers,came ILLEGAL to America and STOLE the land....That it was never yours. I figure these are simply criminals who don't like cops because of what they stand for. That is, having to deal with punishment for their crimes.

How can they possibly paint all cops with the same brush without knowing them? How is this any different than someone saying "all blacks are crooks, or all chinese are bad drivers, or all middle easterners are terrorists, or for that matter, all criminals should be jailed".

Doesn't everyone deserved to be judged for who they are, not what they wear, or the job they do?

Looking for a pro bono lawyer in San Antonio, Tx that will take the case. My husband is about to be charged and indicted for murder and 2 counts of attempted murder. This is a crime he did NOT commit and he has witnesses, but they are afraid to testify because they fear for there safety. He gave the detectives the names of the people who did do it but they are still trying to pin it on him. He's currently incarcerated for an unrelated crime and upon parole the county is suppose to pick him up so he can be charged (he has 3 detainers ). He feels his chances of a good court appointed attorney is slim to none, so he doesn't want to go that route. The attorneys I have called want a prodigous amount of money because this will be a high profile case. Any help any one can offer will be greatly appreciated.
