we uzbeks have distrusted the tajikis since their azerbaijani allies betrayed our kyrgish friends in the war of independence from kazakstan. unless this betrayal can be avenged, can such a radical new NATO ever really be stable???

I favor inclusion. It promotes dialog and debate. It's a mistake to refuse to negotiate with countries the president doesn't like. It's childish and counter productive.
