The Republicans could care less about our lives.Their control of Congress will continue until the Democrats can find people as clever as Rove. Problem is, Democrats are too nice to play the Republican type of hardball.

I believe certain members of the government care about American lives. We can't generalize every member. However, we can say bush or chaney (I don't care how is name is spelled) DON'T CARE about American lives - especially the ones who don't or can't give him money. We are just pawns to him. Both of them are a joke. You are also right about Republicans follow like sheep. They are the ones who believe everything the O'Reilley's, Coulter's, Hannity's, or Limburger's will tell them. The US government cares about 2 things: Money and Power. Our government will do anything to get money and power. Example " Weapons of Mass Destruction". Where are they. Now we have innocent men and women fighting for freedom. When they never should have been sent over their.

All politicians, Republicans AND Democrats, only care about their money and their careers. They only slightly care about "the little people" because of taxes. They just want to keep getting rich playing their trillion-dollar game of chess with OUR money. Democrats want billions of tax dollars for "the environment and social programs" and the Republicans for "big-business and the economy/infrastructure."

Then why are we letting the Iraqis style their own type of democracy, and not imposing ours?? And why haven't we just TAKEN the oil?? After all, no one could stop us if we wanted too!
