Can't guarantee they're still there, but when I lived in Germany many light years ago, there were: Baumholder, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Wurzburg (either right there or very close to it), to name a few.

as far as i know there are no more bases in Germany

I use to live in Bremerhaven and they had a base there but Im not quite sure if it's there any more.
