Stupid because he has to get help from other people to read his briefings. Plus you know he can't read or else he would have read "BIN LADEN DETERMINED TO ATTACK U.S" on the front cover of the presidential daily briefing.
Plus have you ever heard Bush talk? He sounds like a crack head. I remember when this idiot said "fool me once shame, sha shame on you. Fool me twice ya ya you can't be fooled again"

Two, corrupt and stupid is corrupt in that he is vain and weak enough to be lead by those who know the true power of corruption, and he' never been the sharpest tool in the tool shed.
It's not so much that he is a warmonger, it is that his stupidity and vanity led him to think that Iraq would be a piece of cake. And I'd bet dollars to pot stickers that he shakes in his boots when Rove and Cheney aren't there to back him.

Bush Is : a million.Unsuccessful 2.cheating 3.Disrespectful 4.Disloyal 5.conflict monger i'm informing you that this could be a intense situation and that i think of our President(no longer of my decision) is the worst on the 2nd,& historic previous.i'm going to be so happy whilst he leaves place of work(None To quickly) I see President Bush being regarded back on at some point as being a Sinister-Evil absolute bag guy with the aid of fact the President .
