Stupid because he has to get help from other people to read his briefings. Plus you know he can't read or else he would have read "BIN LADEN DETERMINED TO ATTACK U.S" on the front cover of the presidential daily briefing.

Two, corrupt and stupid is corrupt in that he is vain and weak enough to be lead by those who know the true power of corruption, and he' never been the sharpest tool in the tool shed.

It's not so much that he is a warmonger, it is that his stupidity and vanity led him to think that Iraq would be a piece of cake. And I'd bet dollars to pot stickers that he shakes in his boots when Rove and Cheney aren't there to back him.
