The fire dept. can hide behind a clause called "special relationship" which means they do not have to rescue you or even use fire equipment that taxes pay for. The same with the police dept. They do not have to look for a person that is missing and of age and you have no recourse for either. Check out Coyne vs. City of Utica, missing 2001. Mothers beware, the fire stickers mean nothing. This is not right but she came today trying to write how i do but with stupid stuff..Yesturday someone stoled my yahoo id and immitated me..Know she is immitating my form of writting but with ignorant stuff..Why? If 70% of Americans are against George Bush, and if the majority think the war in Iraq is wrong, and if he "stole the election" because the majority did not vote for him...
Why on earth do anti-war folks still insist that they are the underdog? What's with all the "you're not allowed to speak against the leader." My God most of the country is speaking against him. Even I speak against him, and I'm a Republican.
So if most of the country agrees with you, how can you say you're being ostracised?

a couple of days ago, compared their attempts to rescue the two soldiers from Leanon, with the kidnap of two British soldiers in Bazra, Iraq. I don't recall the Brits blowing the cr*p out of Bazra to get the soldiers back. Made me angry!!!

I'm married have four kids and want to join the Army. My two older kids live with their father but now he found out that I'm going to join he's threatening to leave them with my mother. If he does this when I'm done with basic and AIT and I'm stationed on base with housing and everything will I be able to bring them to live with me? And if he does will it be hard for me to add them as dependents? I've already done my first swear-in and signed my contract for only my yougest two kids and my husband. They also had me sign a paper stating that I wouldn't get custody of my older two thru my enlistment, if I did that would qualify me for discharge as fraudulent enlistment. But it wouldn't be my fault he's the one that's leaving them with my mother who can't care for them.

I am currently living in Japan as a foreign student. I am going to apply student visa for Portugal for 1-2 years. The visa application requires 'certificate of criminal record issued by the police station'. I am facing difficulty to collect this doc. Is it possible to collect it in Japan (I am facing some langauge barrier)? If I apply to portugese embassy here in Japan - is it OK if I collect it from my home country? These are groups that raid village homes in Uganda and abduct children for god knows what. When are some laws going to be passed to deal with these lowlifes? Parents in villages have no choice but to send their children alone to shelters specially set up for them at gated hospitals and other places secured for this purpose. Some kids are as young as 3 and walk without adults up to 8 miles one way every night! Then they have to walk home alone without any food or help.

since we're already punishing france for their treachery and trying to steal our oil, let's just settle this once and for all and call them dutch fries. it was the dutch taht invented fries after all. and since they are also helping us tremendously in the war on terror, not just iwth the war but also in intelligence, let's throw them a little well earned recognition. it would be a great gesture by congress too as a sign that america is reaching out to those countries that have stood by us in our time of need

so last year, when my husband and I did our taxes, we came in under the poverty line. we got back every dollar we gave to federal taxes.

Obviously I'm not talking about the guy who walks into 7/11 and kills someone in a hold up. Instead I want to know if anyone can come up with a reason that states logically all the killings going on in Iraq are justifable. Face it if people were dropping bombs on us we'd be pissed too. So don't tell me people have no right to hate Americans. 9/11 was a case where Americans dies YES. But that's not what we are fighting in Iraq. Most of the highjackers were Saudi. I went to traffic court today and a guy went up who spoke no English and needed a translator. He had been involved in an accident and ticketed for cutting across a lane and causing a car to hit him and they ended up with unpaid medical bills. The judge asks why he is even driving because it shows that this license is expired so the guys wife stands up and says, "No, he doesn't have a license at all because he is illegal, he can't get one." So he got found guilty and fined and walked out. Why didn't they arrest him for being an illegal immigrant in our country?
