I went to traffic court today and a guy went up who spoke no English and needed a translator. He had been involved in an accident and ticketed for cutting across a lane and causing a car to hit him and they ended up with unpaid medical bills. The judge asks why he is even driving because it shows that this license is expired so the guys wife stands up and says, "No, he doesn't have a license at all because he is illegal, he can't get one." So he got found guilty and fined and walked out. Why didn't they arrest him for being an illegal immigrant in our country?

He didn't have insurance either so that is not an option. I looked on my state most wanted list and 9 out of 10 are illegal immigrants wanted for DUI manslaughter who are thought to have fled to Mexico or just got a new ID >:(

I don't need to live in a fantasy world and if I did it would not include immigrants. That was part of my point that the computer said his license was expired and yet his wife said he never had one and couldn't get one. He is probably using a stolen identity and therein lies the confusion. Also, his wife stood up and spoke because her retard "husband" didn't speak English and even through the translator couldn't understand the judge or explain the license situation. You think traffic court is like the damn OJ murder trial and no one can stand up and say anything? It's a bit different idiots.

Thanks for the idea, I emailed my local news station to "sound off" about this issue. This is the same judge that believed a cop heard my stock radio from a block away with my windows up...

I don't get it either.....I also thought that when I was watching the national news, when all of these illegal immigrants were protesting by the thousands..
Where were the immigration officers? They could have rounded up hundreds of thousands of them on that one day all around the country. I didn't get that either.

Your fantasy is not at all believable. First of all, the judge would know without a doubt that the driver did not have a license, not a suspended license. Secondly, the driver's wife would NEVER be allowed to stand and interrupt the court and she would definitely NEVER admit in court that he is illegal. Thirdly, I am sure that your state has murderers that have not been caught and they would most certainly be on the most wanted list before a DUI is. Why do you hate immigrants so much that you feel the need to make up stories about them?

Good question - they are even doing that now in Kennedy's home state I just read about it.
I was in traffic court recently with a friend and was miffed an illegal who had no license and was driving without one had his case summarily dissmissed with no questions asked or explanations.
And you wonder why I fight hard like I do.

That is weird. If any of the rest of us drove without a license or insurance and caused medical damage, I wonder how the judge would treat us?

The laws have yet to catch up with all of the tactics and behavior breaking the law.
However, the people who were injured should get a lawyer, and get his insurance carrier to pay them what they are due. The insurance company, after they pay, will hunt him down like a dog to get reimbursed.

Write your local paper and ask them (usually most have a section you can sound off on-)name the judge and cop or county it happened in if you know--shame them-others will agree with you. It is working in my town now by people doing that. The law is taking more action.

I KNOW! I heard about that happening... When an illegal immigrant does something illegal in America, all they do is send them back to their country, and they aren't allowed to return ever. They can't arrest him, because he doesn't belong to America... I think they might deal with him back in his home country...

Better yet, what happens when he doesn;t pay the fine. He has no Social and cannot be tracked down reasonably. I hear you though. It is sickening.
