England woman not supposed to take 15 yr old out of country till 18, but is in Ok. what charges can be filled?

Can she be deported after having a U.S. child while here? Tell me how to get her deported and leave the us born here.

If you're asking about US law, a mother can still be deported for cause whether or not her child is a US citizen.

If you are asking about winning custody of the child when the mother is deported, you will need a court's agreement in any country. Get a lawyer who does family law.
