Conservative policy has lead to the deaths of millions of babies and children. Lies to get America involved in Iraq have killed countless children.

Imbargo's on dictators countries that hurt babies and children but not government.

Destroying programs that help infants and children.

And now conservatives may be part of the blame for thousands of Iraqi babies killed when Reagan, Bush, Rumsfeld decided to give weapons to Saddam.

If conservatives are responsible for death and destruction of babies and children, shouldn't they be shutting their big mouths? Should they start to practice what they preach just once?

And forget about using the old "your a liberal" excuse to ditch out of the question. I can't stand liberals, their not much better then conservatives.

And try to minimize the old "blame Clinton because Bush is a moron" routine. Nobody really buys that one anymore. People see it as a diversion tactic to shift blame to someone else.

My credit union teller gave me a fake $100 bill. I tried to use it at a store and the cashier told me it's fake. So I take it back to the credit union. They won't take it back. Can't file a small claim in a court. I have no proof. If I file a police report, I still won't get my money back. How can I get my money back?

Remember that in the past Israel occupied Lebanese territories.....By the way those land where Israel is located is not their land, formerly Arabs were there, so in my opinion that land belongs to Arabs. Isreal was formed in 1948 by the support of US, and Israelis had many wars against Arabs in the region.....What is your opinion?

Liberal Democrats have dominated big American cities since the late 1960s when they instituted their discredited policies.

Rampant crime and high taxes drove away the middle class. Destruction of classic neighborhoods for public housing took a toll.

Now, Blacks and poor people are subjugated to inferior schools.

Republicans want to give the underpriviliged money to go to schools of their choice (private and religious schools) but Democrats are tools of the teacher unions.

Democrats are tools of the teacher unions and don't care about poor kids!!

Onerous regulations and taxes have driven away jobs and businesses.

Only when a Republican like Rudy Giuliani becomes mayor of New York does a city get turned around, lowers crime, attracts residents, increases tourism.

American cities should stop being run like failed European socialist cities.

If private school was good enough for Chelsea Clinton why is Hillary Clinton against poor people getting the same chance?

It's generally agreed that "respecting" means supporting or endorsing. But look at the word "an" in the phrase "an establishment of religion".

Current jurisprudence treats the clause as if it read "respecting the establishment of religion", and treating "establishment" as a verb. To establish. Congress shall make no law to establish a religion.

But the text reads "respecting AN establishment of religion". Now, you can get the same result as above by treating "establishment" as a gerundive participle (a form of a verb) like "enactment". Congress shall make no law that establishes a religion.

But what if "establishment" was being used as a noun? What if the clause was referring to any religious establishment, aka a church or religious organization. Congress shall make no law supporting/endorsing a religious organization.

Does treating "establishment" as a noun change the meaning of the clause?

what av heard is that saudi arabia.. and the other gulf countries .. and iran.. might go on an oil strick because ov the conflict between israil and lebanon.. if that happens how important is saudi and iranian oil to usa.. av heard that over 30% ov american oil sold is saudi .. not consederin iran..

This is a scenario from Washington State in the early 1980s (see North v. Port of Seattle, King County Circuit Court, 1983). Officers planted a wallet with $10 inside but no identification near a pay phone. An individual picked up the wallet, put the $10 in his pocket, and walked away. He was then arrested for petty theft. I have two questions for you:

(1) Is this arrest legal or is it entrapment?
(2) Regardless of the current law, in your personal opinion should the arrest be legal?
