Remember that in the past Israel occupied Lebanese territories.....By the way those land where Israel is located is not their land, formerly Arabs were there, so in my opinion that land belongs to Arabs. Isreal was formed in 1948 by the support of US, and Israelis had many wars against Arabs in the region.....What is your opinion?

You are correct. We are betting on the wrong horse. Israel has a clear history of deciet and murder. Israel is a stinkin' tribe, not a country. The Jews were nomads and everytime they get a little power, they abuse it.... look at every JewKing in the Bible. Murder, rape, lie and destroy.... every one of them.

First off I would like to say I absolutley love questions asked by people who either 1, have no clue what they are talking about, or 2, don't know all the facts.

Yes, it is true Isreal occupied Southern Lebanon in the past, 6yrs ago I believe... However this was called a buffer zone used to keep terrorist organizations such as Hamas and Hezbollah away from their borders. While I don't agree with the occupation, look at it from thier point of view. If Hamas and hezbollah would let them be, there would be no need for such a zone.

Yes, it is also true that Isreal is plotted in the middle of Arab countries, Isrealites have lived there for as long as we can document. The country was formed to give them a actually territory since they were in constant battles with Arabs. Also, wasn't the great country we live in today formerly home to a group called Natives, or Indians?? Didn't we also form a country from someone elses land??

To make this long answer short. Isreal has no excuses. They are entering not only a country, but a land occupied by terrorist groupd who are heavily supported by that country. Personally, I am sick of these Arab terrorist groups. When will this fad go away and when will they realize there will not be 40 virgins waiting for them in the afterlife because they killed a bunch of sivilians.

idiots...

Look up "Balfour Declaration" and you will see that the British Territory of Palestine was set aside as a Jewish homeland by the British in 1917. Israel gained recognition as an independent state (country) in 1948 - over 50 years later. How may other countries have been born since then? You can't count them and I can't either. Things change. If you want to keep going back in history to see who "owned" the land first, read the Bible. There probably was not very much difference between the Jews and "Arabs" in those days.

If Lebanese government had any means of controlling the Hezbollah then Israel wouldn't have to take matters in their own hands. As proven after the 1978 war, the only way that Israel can protect their citizens from rocket attack is to occupy territory inside neighboring countries that can not control the people who live there.

How do you survive next to a terrorist group - one to the north and another to the south - who say that they refuse to recognize your right to exist as a country and then proceed to launch missles into the heart of your cities. You can not negotiate with terrorists. Asking the United Nations to control the Hezbollah is like asking George Bush to control the Crips and the Bloods.

And just a footnote, calling the people in charge in Lebanon a "government" is like saying Luke Duke is looking mighty presidential.

Remember that those so called "occupied" lands were taken after Israel was attacked by other nations. To the victor go the spoils. Thats the way war works. Winner takes it all.

As for your senseless Q...
Do you think that muslims use excuses to kill people and enter a sovereign country?
Funny how it works both ways, huh?
Ever hear of suicide bombers? Some of them were from other countries. They put on a bomb vest, said a prayer to allah, then commited an act of atrocity and hatred, killing as many Jews as possible. All innocents. People just trying to have a nice dinner at a restaurant, standing in line for an ice cream cone, riding the bus to work.
And the world screams when Israel targets the leader of these groups. The COWARDS hide among children. Then cry when the children get killed. The cowards killed them. They put them in danger.
This is the same thing as when a criminal is confronted by police. The criminal picks up the nearest toddler. Who would take a chance at hurting the kid, right? Terrorist do! They value the child LESS than they do the publicity.

Animals. I have no remorse for them.

Hey!!!!! I found the excuse for their attack. It was written by the UN.

"Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defense if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations, until the Security Council has taken measures necessary to maintain international peace and security. Measures taken by Members in the exercise of this right of self-defense shall be immediately reported to the Security Council and shall not in any way affect the authority and responsibility of the Security Council under the present Charter to take at any time such action as it deems necessary in order to maintain or restore international peace and security."

After South-Africa was disbanded, Israel is the only rogue state that can kill its neighbors with impunity and demolish the homes of its minorities. If any decent nation in the World would do such horrendous things, the entire World will be after them.

But soon all this shall be over. Israel the bully state shall be subdued and will whimper as it should, and a religious state of Israel shall replace the secular state.

Nope!
And you're wrong about the land belonging to Israel! God gave that land to Israel and Abraham way before the Arabs took it over. And, after He scattered them across the earth, He promised to bring them back to their homeland... which He has done, (as you pointed out... on May 15th, 1948!).

Nice try, but your history is wrong!

Israel isn't looking for an excuse for anything. They want to live in peace, it is the other countries around them that want Israel wiped off the face of the earth. Are you suggesting that they do not have a right to defend themselves? Would you defend yourself if you were being attacked by someone? Would you defend your family? Israel has every right to defend themselves and their country. The U.S. is 100% right in backing Israel up.

I guess lobing missles into Israel from that country is ok with you, but when they defend themselves it is wrong. My opinion is I would let them go ahead and whip the whole region any way that it needs to get done and then the whole mid east would be owned by Israel and there would be peace.

This land and area have been in dispute since the begining of civilization. When you mix religion, limited natural resources and loss of hope for the future it makes anything possible. Especially violence. Perhaps one day we will begin to learn from these unneeded events and progress into next evolutionary stage of development.
