I don't think killing or jailing terrorists will end terrorism. Their replacements are countless. If I put one terrorist in prison, 100 will will replace him. Violence will further enhance vengeance.....and increase the population of terrorists. Look what the war against terror has done.....the numbers have only increased.

If we let them marry, what’s to prevent people from marrying children, dogs, cars?
Laws, stupid. We managed to let Negroes vote without letting children, dogs and cars vote. Inter-racial marriage was illegal in California until 1951. Society didn’t crumble when that particular law evaporated.

But the Voice of the People has spoken! We passed a proposition banning it in our state!
Fine. Let’s pass some more, putting the Japanese-Americans back in the relocation camps and segregating the schools again. Civil rights for the majority was never an issue. A just society protects the minorities, too.

COULD IT BE that for the last 40 years they have made governement responcible for the work place activitys .UNIONS were only needed because of un-safe practices by employeer's and that has ended.DUE largely in part to osha .A huge government agency to protect workers from unsafe working conditions. Now that we have the government running things we no longer need the unions.
UNIONS where about more then working conditions. They were about equality of life and wages that reflected the workers ability to produce goods and sevices that made a profit for the owners and investors balanced against the pay they would recieve.IF owners posted huge profits and investors got paid back workers wanted more pay that simple .they deserve the fruits of there labors and to have this stolen by greed tyrants who only sought to make money wher forced to cough up some profits and pay the workers a fair wage for the work that generates all the profit. Whith out workers no money that simple.pay them or else

The person using that nick on Yahoo answers is deliveratedly inciting all of us to voice our strong opinions about Bush, America, etc etc This fake asker/person may be part of the CIA or Homeland Security's obsessed psychos trying to find "terrorists" under the stones. do you know if it wasnt for unions , corporations would take advantage of the workforce. unions have fought for employees rights-better wages, sick leave, paid vacations, etc. these worker rights you take for granted were fought for with the blood and sweat of union employees. the companys with no unions get exploited, look at wal-mart.
