i am new to u.s.a. and flight journey. as i came to detoit airport, u.s.a.,during customs checking, i lost my gold ring in the customs area.un frotunately i went inside through exit door and searched for ring. the customes people also asissted and got my got ring back.then the security and police personal came to enquire about my entry in the airport.and finally the police charge sheeted asked to appearer before judge in the court. so my relatives paid $100 for charge sheet.as i have entered the court room, the judge asked about fine, jail and guilty. as i am new to u.s.a. i became dumb tried to explain where i failed.hence the judge posted the case for further hearing as pretrail. so what will happen to me? how can i prove my innocense? pleas suggest the best way.

I live in Illinois (chicago) My hubby and I have been married for 33 years we have 4 children together (all grown except for 1 teenager) and I have serious health problems. My own income is limited so I do depend heavily on my husbands health insurance. We have a house and 2 cars. He has cheated all through the marraige, but, now he is just blatantly rubbing his infedelity in my face and the face of our children. He is never home and when he does decide to come home he yells and tries to boss everyone around. He takes money out of my purse and leaves. He does not help pay any bills. I am tired of this but I am afraid that if I divorce him now I will be giving up many benefits such as his pension, 401k, health and life insurance etc....... How do I kick this monster out of my house without losing out?

I have pondered this idea a lot. The problem is I don't know for a fact that the Mexicans or other foreigners I see at business' are actually illegal. If I did know for sure I would certainly deny them my business. Maybe it's a small move to stop this problem but if we all refused them business we could make an impact. It would be great to see all immigrants with pending legal staus/green cards, whatever, required to wear a sign around their necks saying something like....."I'm working on becomming a Legal Citizen". LOL At least we'd stand a chance of picking the illegals out of the crowd and be able to make an informed decision. Business owners that employ illegals and go so far as to post signs suggesting I speak Spanish while shopping there are traitors and don't deserve one dime of my $. I live in a border city and the way it stands now I wouldn't be able to shop anywhere based on appearances. How do we differentiate from legal and illegal based on appearances only?

f. He orderd the outing of a CIA agent.
g. He vetoed a bill that would limit the amount of greenhourse gases being emitted from factories
h. He appointed a person with no health or community service of any kind to the director of FEMA.
i. He said , "I am the decider"
j. He doesnt listed to the american public, as he said, "I am the decider"
k. He dropped his pet dog

I have several BIG branches hanging over my garage from my neighbor's tree. Also I just bought a new car and the birds that sit on the branches over my driveway just dirty my car and do damage to it. First of all, I think that anyone with the audacity and stupidity, who is willing to strap a bomb to himself for a kamakazi mission is probably crazy.

Secondly, I understand that the US and Isreal has the best technology and pretty good aim - to prevent harm to innocent people. However, bombs do not have eyes, and no matter how great technolgy gets, accidents will always happen.

A person that sits on a bus and blows himself up, killing 10 people and wounding 40 is no different then a 500 lb bomb that hits its target and wipe out a newarby apartment building, intentionally or accidentally. In the end, innocent people die. Do you agree?

In the past two years there have been two instances where thousands of Americans needed to be evacuated. Beruit and New Orleans.

These cruise ships could be under the command of the Navy and Coast Guard. They would be kept at US naval facilities throughout the world. It would be up to the military to keep them ready to go at a moments notice.

It certainly ain't conservatives that have gotten things so bad in education that kids no longer get punished for cursing at teachers, and only get mildly punished when they physically confront teachers. Seems that your 40 years of self-esteem and sex-education first just hasn't panned out. It is all about not being "dissed" and getting fake "respect", isn't libs? It's all about 1st graders learning about anal sex and how it is a culture, isn't it libs?

Just read an article abou Jay Z calling for a boycott of Crystal because the CEO of the company said he didn't support the glorification of their champage by fake-thugs and their dancing whores in their videos and songs.
