Why is it easier for non U.S. citizens to get government sevices?

If you are a non u.s. citizen you can get free health care and welfare and food stamps. But it is extremely difficult for needy u.s. citizens to get. Why is this so? And why is every government service written in Spanish?

I know ,at one point our family needed help so bad ,but was turned down , but i assumed it was because I was white ,because welfare office was all mexicans! I think our government has a very dirty nose and it needs to be washed badly , by this i mean it sticks its nose into other countrys to much and kiss there butt too much as well , no wonder everyone thinks we suck!

No, you can't. Sorry, but I'm assuming you mean someone with a legal right to stay in the US like a student, etc., for a period of time. They have to prove they can cover their costs before a visa is approved.

As far as illegals, they might be able to get treated at an emergency ward as you would too if in another country BUT they do not get welfare or food stamps. Need a social security number for that. Where do you get your info? From rumors started by white rednecks?

Government services in many nations are written in other languages. What's the big deal? Hell, in Canada you can take your driver's license in a myriad of languages from Punjabi to Mandarin. It's called speeding the processes up. Beats having them struggle to fumble thru English or French adn you being stuck in line even longer. After all driving a car requires ZERO language skills.

It may not be easier, but it is these illegals who make the effort to obtain these services and make effort to falsify their papers in order to do so.
