Cuba, I'd give the people as much freedom as possible so it could be opened up for American's.
I'd pick the US but it'd take a lot more than 1 year to fix what's screwed up about our country. Although humanitarian wise one could do a whole lot more here than elsewhere.

America because I'm an American. I would make sure everyone gets a fair wage and health benefits equally. I would bring all of our people together (Americans) and we would work toward building strength in America and peace among ourselves so we can truly be a country which means what we say by showing and doing. We would lead be example and not force peace and freedom on other countries through war. What a dream!!!!!!!!

China. So much power and control over the worst of the worst nations (North Korea, Iran, etc) plus there are a lot of changes that could be enacted that would help the world as a whole.

Mexico. I would send planes to pick up all the illegals and bring them home. Then I would create jobs for them so they wouldn't have to sneak accross the US Border.
