don't want to look it up,,, it means: an adherent of fascism or other right-wing authoritarian views, or did you already know the meaning?

not wanting to be something or someone, does not change the meaning of what they are,, does it?

Check out what this guy says. Good old Republicans. If a Democrat said this, they'd go apeshit but since it's not, then it's not news. I'm sure some Republicans will defend this and say, "well, he's a supporter of Bush so of course he'd say that," and by saying so they'd show they're sick worship of Bush. Is anyone always right? No.

American taxpayers fund and finance our school systems. Is it right that they be used as demonstration platforms for Mexico to assert its 'rights'?

You'll hear words and phrases like 'reconquista' and 'la raza' in this debate, a frequent piece of rhetoric is that the US 'stole' the southwestern United States from Mexico. The treaties signed 150 years ago would seem to indicate otherwise, namely that Mexico lost a war to the United States. What's your opinon?

A Pagan, Jew, Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, or Hindu strapping 16 sticks of TNT to their bodies and casually walking into a wedding reception in an attempt to purposely kill as many innocent civilians as possible, including women and children?

Or, have any of you ever heard of those groups of people celebrating in the streets when a successful terrorist operation has been performed?

A personal question, you don't have to answer if you don't want to, but do you have personal reasons for supporting illegal immigration? Do you feel that personal/humanitarian reasons justiyf/require breaking some laws?

If you didn't know, the media has played a integral part on the process of war, not only today, but in the past also. William Randoph Hearts and his newpaper helped fuel, and eventually caused the Spanish American War. He ran 8 pages a day about the "Spanish Cannibalism", "Inhuman Torture" (neither of which were true), and even blamed the sinking of the U.S.S. Maine on the Spanish. (Even though a naval investigation concluded that the source of the destruction was unknown).

This is also a lot like the media fueling of the Muhammod cartoons by the Dutch newspaper. It wasn't until the media spun it, that the muslim community took to it.

Why do I have the feeling the media is going to cause something big in the near future? (Prime example ... Kim Jong Il's favorite television channel is CNN. Do you really think he isn't listening to everything that's being said about him?) Am I alone in having this feeling? What do you think?

Some posters here feel that they're being discriminated against or something by people that simply want the law observed and enforced as it applies to immigration. What's your opinion, are we throwing the 'race card' here, has it been thrown for us in advance, what's REALLY going on, here?

Al Gore's new global warming movie has actually made the problems worse. He's been flying all over the world to pimp his movie (burining fossil fuels in airplanes and cars), the theatres are using electricity and energy to show his movie (generating the electricity puts Co2 in the air and burns up ozone), and he's been eating a lot of fastfood on his roadtrips (releasing methane from his buttocks).

Burning fossil fuels, adding Co2 to the air, and passing methane gas is only making matters worse. What should be done about this?

I just read about several thousand pacifists-mainly from America who vollunteered to be human shields for the Iraqi Army days before the war, making our troops jobs just that much harder. Even if you don't agree with the war what would compel you to give up your life to protect some of worst mass murderers in modern history?

Obviously I know to vote, which I did when I was old enough to, which was the last election. But we can't wait for him to finish his term. He will ruin our country and our lives. Did you know he passed something called the Real ID Act? Did you know that without this special identification card, you will never be able to hold a job, drive, have a bank account, or travel abroad? Did you know he tacked this onto a bill to request more money for the soldiers, because he wouldn't have passed otherwise? How can you sit idly by and let him do this to us? Next thing he's gonna axe is my religion.

The outright hateful racist scum like JD and sealrborders and julie, who spew hateful garbage in a loud and obnoxious, but upfront way....
OR
The passive agressive people like hadenough and GoKart, who are just as racist and hateful, but hide behind a curtain of civility and class. Only when you scratch the surface do you discover the fester of ugly hatred.
