I have noticed that there are some in government that believe they decide what is and is not moral? No thats not what the British Empire fought for WE the people decide what is and is not right and they say YES SIR ........and make it happen - make it law.

From smoking in bars to brain dead organ donation the decition of right and wrong is NOT their's and I resent the fact they think it is.
WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT THIS?????

First of all I just wanna clarify not all Puerto Ricans live off the Government but there's a growing amount of them applying to Welfare and Food stamps, I just don't like the fact that my taxes go to some drug selling crook who doesn't want to work & also I've noticed illegals work harder than those lucky enough that come from an island with U.S. citizenship.

Of course, all American adults should see the movie, and many will. But we are so politically polarized that we can expect 40 percent of the nation to follow the lead of President George W. Bush and the talk-show hacks and either make fun of Gore or refuse to see his work. Bush proudly declared he has no intention of seeing "An Inconvenient Truth." Yet, he did read the science-fiction novel "State of Fear," by Michael Crichton, and invited the author to the White House, where the two men reportedly agreed that global warming was somewhat of a hoax.

Republicans are total idiots.

my divorce is going on 4yrs. due to my ex's failure to produce tax returns for the last seven yrs. The judge sent us to"Binding Arbirtration"... The problem is a huge gap between the courts & arbitration. There is no one that can/will enforce the Judges last motion (including but not only home maintenance). Then why did the judge put pen to paper to finalizie his last motions? The arbitirator says we have to wait until her trial. In the meantime, I am being financially taken advantage of to my ex's delight. Why? Such a waste of tax payers money...I have a lawyer who says it is the law. How can this law be changed. Maybe it won't help my case but others who are being abused.. I was physically abused for 13 yrs. Now this!!

Most of the countries hate us, don't pay thier parking tickets, and generaly are down right unfriendly. How about it moves to North Korea? It would be good for their economy (Lord knows they need help) and I would bet that most of the countries would not even show up (another plus).

- Israel should recognize the "country" of Palestine.
- Palestine and Arab countries should recognize Israel.
- Arabs should stop suicide bombing and militancy.
- Israel should withdraw from Gaza and West-Bank completely.
- Arabs and Jews should sign a no-war-no-attack pact in the UN

Arabs and Jews should realize that nothing is going to come out of violence. It can go forever.

That is, now that the courts reaffirmed the rights of hundreds of inmates, held without charges for years, to challenge the legality of their detention in Guatanamo Bay.

Remember the LAW, patriots. People seem so happy to enforce it on poor undocumented workers, but what about this law, HMMM?

According to Swift, after her deployment in January 2004, three sergeants began demanding sexual favors. One would show up drunk at her door in the middle of the night, demanding to have sex. “He’s just insane, mom,” Swift told her mother. “He’s an insane person, and I’m scared to death.”

Swift says that she had no choice but to have a relationship with one of the sergeants. “In a combat situation, your squad leader is deciding whether you live or die,” she explained to the (Eugene) Register-Guard. “If he wants you to run across a minefield, you run across a minefield.”

Swift reported the abuse to her unit’s equal opportunities officer, but nothing changed. Her unit returned to the U.S. in February 2005.

The presence of thousands of U.S. and NATO troops are daily reminders for the Afghan people that their needs come second to the goals of U.S. imperialism.

Anger erupted in late May, after a U.S. military convoy crashed into civilian cars and pedestrians, sparking an anti-U.S. and anti-Karzai riot that grew to include thousands in Kabul. Elsewhere, as even the U.S. military magazine Stars and Stripes admitted last year, “the recent surge in [insurgent] fighting could be attributed more to American aggressiveness than anything al-Qaeda is doing.”

Today, U.S. troops are conducting operations where their presence has been minimal or nonexistent, in an effort to provoke attacks and thereby catch “terrorists” in the act. “I think we’re initiating the overwhelming majority of the actions,” said Brigadier Gen. James Champion. The attackers “would not be firing the first shots if we weren’t in the area,” he said.

one of the main teachings of the minute klan is that AZTLAN is the so called territory which montezuma always wanted . but so far i know that montezuma never possesed this teritory and that the aztecs considered the same as worthless just like all other major cultures , they considered it worthless because it was mostly a inhabitable ( there was not way to develop any culture in there ).

so would anyone plz explain how is this logic to the minute man ???

i would like to add that as a mexican i had never heard such "plan" and that i'm sure that if there was any , it was loss because of the lack of interest Mexicans have for anything concerning America . as a child i saw how all who came back to Mexico from America never spoke about America neither they were asked about it .
..... so does AZTLAN makes any logic to u ???
..... do u really belive Mexico which depeds so much from America would want the destruction of the same as a country ???

“ONE THING is for certain,” George Bush said 18 months ago in a speech about Iraq’s future. “There won’t be any more mass graves and torture rooms and rape rooms.”

That turned out to be another grotesque lie--because of the war crimes committed by the U.S. occupiers. In the months since, revelations of U.S. soldiers committing mass killings, torture in Abu Ghraib and other detention facilities, and now rape have only become more pronounced in their brutality.
