The man that has stolen my ID is working at a well known temp agency. I have been to the police,justice dept,state attorney, equifax and everyone else you can think of. The agency says their employee is first and will not help me in the apprehension. I would like to know if I have any grounds to sue this agency on? I cant afford a lawyer and will be doing it myself.

The economy is booming, the Dow Jones has reached record highs, taxes are lower, the unemployment rate is lower than it was during the Clinton Administration. Yet if you believe the polls out there most Americans believe that the opposite is true. Does anyone know why this is?

i'm black and I hear this all the time from my classmates (I'm going to be a senior in high school) Out of 19 seniors at my high school last year there were 7 whites and 10 blacks, and all 7 whites are going to college but the 10 blacks are not (0 of them).

Why do we warehouse these monsters at tax payers expense for years while they appeal their cases after they have been proven guilty beyond a reason of a doubt? My professor thinks we should "study" them to find out why they kill. Do we really think these manipulative sociopaths are really going to truthfully tell us why they do what they do? And who cares anyway?

The judge asked me if i wanted a court appt lawyer, i told her no, but i didnt know i had been charged with driving while liscense suspended, i was just going to plead guilty to the judge and get whatever she gave me with over, my court date is in august, can i still get a court appointed lawyer or do i have to hire a private one now?

I got pulled over for driving without a liscense, but when i questioned the cop why i got pulled over he told me he ran my plates and saw that i have active warrants, true, but what reason did he need in the first place to run the plates? He said something about investigative stop, anyone know if this is crap hes talking about? If i can get my driving while liscense suspended charge dismissed (cuz thats what i got charged with) then ill get a lawyer to do it, since he had no reason to pull me over to begin with.

Earlier I asked a question about homicide rates in the US. Obviously you don't get answers to serious questions. So, here goes with a dumded down version. Do you kill each other more often because somebody 200years ago thought it was a good idea for everyone to have a gun.

Please don't answer with the worn out rhetoric of 'guns don't kill people, people kill people'. When quite obviously it is a good deal easier to kill someone if you have a gun in your hand than if you do not.
