Have the 24 yr old charged with Statutory Rape and tossed in jail.
Then get a restraining order so he can't come near your CHILD again.
Be a man, stick up for your child, to hell with her obviously trailer park trash mother that thinks it's ok, it's not!

morally it is just wrong. 14? If the child was 16,17 and the male was 19,20,21 thats more understandable. But what does a 24 year old want with a 14 year old? If they are on the same level then that 24 year old is a complete idiot and you are headed for disaster. At 24 you should not be getting "caught having sex". That is just sloppy. He needs to be arrested or be classified as being a slow learner so atleast he will have an excuse. The mother needs to be arrested too. If she knows and accepts the situation it is clear that she is not running on a 4 cylinders either!! Hate to even think it but maybe she is pimping the girl out. Get full custody of your child. There is more to life than boys and sex and if her mother does not see that and want more for her than you need to raise your daughter and show her that she is worth more than what she is getting and giving.!!!

No matter if the parents are o.k with its illegal and if the authorities find out he will go to jail for a long time and any parent that allows someone in their twenties to take advantage of their 14 year old they do not need to have children. If a 24 y/o goes after a 14 y/o he only wants sex and if he doesn't then he can just wait 4 years to be with her. Its illegal. Most adults know that so he knowingly committed a crime. Just think a year ago your daughter wasn't even a teenager and now she is having sex.

It is illegal. Or rather, *sex* with a minor is illegal, not just a relationship. But charges will only be pressed if the parent wants them to be. So, yes, consent can be given. However, if you jave joint custody, you have just as much a legal right to have a say in this as the mother. Besides, No 24-year-old is dating a 14-year-old for love.

Caught by whom?
You can hope no one gets upset and turns them in.
In most states IT IS ILLEGAL- Statutory Rape; regardless of who says it's ok, if it is in writing or any other scenario you can think up...
This is a crime against the well being of society- Criminal Offense, therefore no-one can deem it "ok" or "permissible"
Good Luck!
*What is 24 year old man, doing with a 14 year old kid anyway?

Depends on the country.
In most countries, it is somewhat ok for a 14 year old to be dating a 24 year old, HOWEVER, it is completely illegal for any sexual activity due to the age of the minor and the age difference.

Why bring the law into it all the time? Just scream at them. I'm sure the dude is scared sh.itless right now. If he isn't, talk to your local police department on legal actions, they'll definitely know and can advise on your options before you do anything.
