The man that has stolen my ID is working at a well known temp agency. I have been to the police, justice dept, state attorney, equifax and everyone else you can think of. The agency says their employee is first and will not help me in the apprehension. I would like to know if I have any grounds to sue this agency on? I cant afford a lawyer and will be doing it myself.

What exactly fo you mean by your ID.......your passport, your name, what has he taken?

If any of the above it is a criminal offence and the police would have gotten involved, so what is he using?

Only a fool would have himself for a lawyer. Find one that takes payments. They are out there. Contact the IRS as well and alert them to the matter. You are responsible for taxes unless you can pin this guy down. Do not represent yourself! Leave the temp agency alone for now, at least that way you know where this guy is.

why dont you just do this, Have the temp place positivly id the guy as you picture and all and have them sign it stating that to the best of their knowing that is hes name and id. find the guy personal and beat his legs into an unhealable pulp and when he goes to get disability tag his as* since im sure hes not going to use your name to collect disablilty and if he does thats even better since as soon as they send you the check or the check gets cashed you can bring that up too. sure your gonna get pinned for assult but if its only from the knees down its not attepted murder and if your a first time offender and givin the circumstances (if everything you say is on record) they might let you off easy or completely off
